After all initial contact about a house viewing DB Robert’s have been considerate and patient in relation to us finally being able to make an offer on a property after a number of weeks. Mainly dealt with Alex who replied to emails promptly and always had time to take my call and kept us updated along the way. I wanted to use David Evans in letting my late father’s property as it was important to me to use a local, well established estate agents, and someone he had dealt with in the past. Since that time in 2017 I have built a good relationship with the team and have been extremely happy with the service received. They have dealt with two sales for me as well as a purchase and on a tenant find basis and have always been professional, upfront and honest. Lynn is always on hand for queries I have and can always find a solution! Jon and Graham are great for their knowledge and expertise. Thank you and would highly recommend.

All the staff at David Evans have always been very responsive, helpful, professional and friendly (Lyn, Charlotte, Jon & the rest of the team). Their property management services were excellent value for money, and they always dealt with all tenant queries and issues quickly and fairly.
