I honestly can’t thank Connells enough for all their help throughout my move. From the very first viewing to handing over the keys, they made everything so easy and stress-free. Fallon was always friendly, honest, and quick to respond to any questions I had, nothing ever felt like too much trouble. She kept me updated every step of the way and made what could have been a stressful process actually enjoyable. It’s so refreshing to deal with an estate agent who genuinely cares about their clients. I felt supported and looked after the whole time. I’d happily recommend Connells to anyone thinking of buying or selling, they really do go the extra mile.

Connells were outstanding with the sale of our property from start to finish. Hayden was fantastic with getting the property on the market, finding buyers so quickly and his ongoing support throughout the sale was amazing. Dan was also fantastic with the sale progression, he was always at the end of the phone if we needed him and very approachable. Chloe is absolutely fantastic at what she does! We were quite a complex case, so there was a LOT of back and forth, making changes, even a last minute change of lender and Chloe was brilliant all the way through. I honestly couldn't recommend her enough. She worked so hard, even when she wasnt meant to be working and while days away from getting married! Before we exchanged she found us a better rate so promptly switched us over. Thank you so so much for everything Chloe, honestly it is so lovely to see someone taking pride in their work and bending over backwards to help. It's rare these days! Highly recommend!

Chloe has been amazing. For almost 3 years she has supported us as we searched for our first home. Even when the first purchase fell through, she stayed in touch and communicated when she said she would. After a really bad experience with another estate agents which wasted 8 months of my time, I was anxious about starting the process all over again. Isobel Hussey showed me round the property and was knowledgeable and supportive and booked me an appointment with Chloe Buck straight away to try and ease my anxieties. Chloe has been outstanding through this entire process and was one of the main reasons I was swayed into purchasing the above property. Not only did she find me my best mortgage rates yet, but then continued to communicate with me, my solicitors and the sellers weekly to ensure everything ran smoothly and efficiently. I have dealt with Dan several times over the last 5 years and have to say I will not be using anyone else in the future we have created a great relationship as well as his lovely helpful colleagues. This sale has been a very long drawn out process and been very frustrating at times Dan and his team have always been there at the end of the phone reassuring me and making me feel at ease as we all know selling and buying houses is so stressful at the best of times. Dan also helped myself and my family sell our family home after our parents passed away last year , it was a hard process and they all made it and stress free as they could for myself and my sisters. My partner and I recently used Connells in Eastleigh to a sell a property and the ‘service’ offered was shocking. No communication from sales manager and when concerns were raised they fell on deaf ears and ignored. We would have to chase for updates and on many occasions it would be us updating them. Having purchased a property from a different estate agents I am aware there are other estate agents that do respect their clients. There was no effort made to improve our experience to the point we didn’t hear from them after we exchanged! Having been with them from March, i would not recommend using them and extremely encourage looking elsewhere

Avoid at all cost

Avoid at all cost! Didn't put up a for sale sign, no proactive communication, try to get you to pay extra £500 commission as an 'incentive' for them to do their job of selling your house!!! Tried getting out of the contract early which was a continued "no", but funny that as soon as the Ombudsman was mentioned they dropped us like a stone. Once the property was off the market, after 12 weeks, I was then woken up very early one morning to find a man trying to put up a for sale sign...say no more!

An Estate agent that is not interested in selling houses!

I called them to arrange a viewing and was told they would ring me back when a salesman was back in the office so I waited in for the afternoon and they never rang back. I called the next day told them I had waited in and didnt get an apology and was just told everyone was in a meeting. The property is listed with another agent so I just called them and arranged a viewing with them instead. Now looking at reviews on here I feel I have dodged a bullet! I would be most unhappy as a seller if I thought my agent was letting potential buyers slip away like this, especailly on a property listed with multiple agents!

Terrible experience

Terrible experience. Lovely staff though. NO actual advice given. Didn't sell it but equally gave no advice about the little changes we could have made which would have helped us. The tenant left it in bad condition and we never visited the property. We relied on them to give us advice, they marketed it, conducted viewings but not once did they say - you should do x & y and this will help the sale. Persuaded us to use their auction option as 'in all the years of me working here, we've never not sold one at auction' - ours didn't sell and we had to pay £6k. We removed it, went on with another agent having done some work and then it sold straight away.

I Am not happy with the service i received in connells kingsthorpe. The team were hard to communicate with and not pro active very arrogant and also at time very rude at times particularly the branch manager,My sale was delayed and eventually leading me to pull out because after 9 weeks after accepting an offer the buyer hadn’t even been ID verified.If you want to sell your house please avoid at all cost.
