Overall I was reasonably satisfied with Beal's and I would like to give my thanks to Natalia for her helpful and professional service.there were a few small problems initially but it all worked out in the end and I feel that was due to Natali, so she serves a pat on the back.

Very friendly, informative and professional agents, with great communication. Especially as a first time buyer, I felt comfortable asking every question under the sun about the properties and process. From a buyers perspective I have no hesitation using Beal's again in the future.

I have recently organised a survey for a property, I spoke to Danielle who was able to help arrange my appointment. She was extremely polite and helpful getting this booked in. Danielle always replies to her emails quickly and helped me with any questions I had.

GoogleI got the services from Beal's to sell my house, Alan Woodhouse at Beal's in Eastleigh branch helped me sell my property very quickly. The marketing, the work he did throughout the process was nicely done in professional manner. I am happy with the services and outcome as sale of my house was agreed on first viewing itself.

GoogleI viewed a family house yesterday with Beals for my African friend, his wife and 2 children. They have been living in the UK over 20 years and are a very respectable family. The property was suitable and we even offered to pay 12 months rent in advance!! The agency called today to say the landlord has had a change of mind! The property might be going to a family member. The agent then said the property will remain on the market. He then finished by saying the landlord was unsure of these particular tenants occupying his property!! It is sickening that the truth behind this is the colour of someones skin! Disgusting behaviour!!!

Working with Beals and getting accomodation through Beals was a fantastic experience. The Negotiator (Rebecca Thayre) is always eager to help, quick to response to email and was always at sites before me for viewing. She is such an amazing reserved lady. She was so so patient in answering questions and explaining details.

Kirsty has been dealing with us and selling our property. She has been absolutely amazing, keeping us up to date with the property chain even when our buyers estate agents didn't. She has always been polite and we couldn't have asked for better service.
