I rented property with beals, they were very happy to take my money. After few months I had huge leak in my house and I ended up reporting landlord to enviromental agency. After house was inspected it turned out that there are multiple hazards within property including level 1 hazards (endangering life).Beals did nothing to aknowledge this and pretended that they didn't see my emails. And keep covering for landlord. They knew about issues when they rented this property.Now I try to recover my deposit and 4 weeks and 6 emails later I still haven't received deposit back.I strongly discourage anyone to use this agency, they don't respect tenants and what they doing is criminal.

FacebookTerrible customer service , not helpful, first to charge for everything what they possibly can. 1.Left flat on much better condition then I received , still awaiting for deposit refund as it’s “being considered “ , 2.found new tenant myself still was deducted for “re marketing the property” and a week of their processing documents for new tenancy. 3. Poor communication, disrespectful. 4. Inventory say all “ fully working order” “ professionally cleaned” - be careful check it all and challenge it all. For sure will never use them even if they will have a bargain of the year on offer Avoid
