GoogleAlan and the Team worked hard to sell the property. Unfortunately two sales fell through despite being a long way into the process but Beales in Eastleigh continued to work at getting the process completed. They kept us informed regularly and gave advice and a heads up on what the buyers and their solicitors were doing. Highly recommended.

We were supported by Charles when looking into purchasing a second property. I found him to be highly professional and knowledgeable, he was able to answer any questions we had, and if he didn't have the answers was more than happy to find out for us. He was also early to the viewing which I found extremely professional.

TrustpilotI recently purchased my first property…
I recently purchased my first property through Beals. The whole process was incredibly quick and smooth as everything was done in house, including the mortgage advisors and solicitors. I was especially impressed with the support and level of professionalism the whole team showed. They were really personable and had my best interest at heart throughout the process. I would throughly recommend Beals, and will definitely use them again in the future.
Hey David, we are over the moon that your property purchase with Beals was so positive. We hope you love your new home and are looking forward to hearing from you again in the future!

FacebookI am currently buying a property, Beals are marketing. My solicitors have been less than helpful to say the least. Lauren has been more than helpful from my first viewing to date, going much further than expected. Thank you Lauren and Emma, who has also been a great support trying to keep the momentum

TrustpilotAs a family we like to say thank you
As a family we like to say thank you, Beals for keeping us constantly updated about the sales of our property, and above all completing the sales efficiently. No wonder Beals stand out of the lot. We like to say thank you to all Beals staff but particularly Katie who has been knowledgeable and fantastic sales representative.

TrustpilotLucy Watt, trust worthy Estate Agent
Estate agents have a reputation and quite rightly so. However, Lucy Watt at Beals has smashed that reputation. Lucy is so hard working, she listens carefully to your requirements and works tirelessly to achieve your dreams. If this lady trained every one in this business it would change estate sales for the better.

TrustpilotWe were stuck abroad due to Covid…
We were stuck abroad due to Covid travelling restrictions and we were waiting seven months to get back home. Jade helped us throughout this very stressful time organising cleaners, decorators and many deliveries into our flat. Jade even helped us with food deliveries so we could walk into our flat to self isolate for 10 days. We couldn’t have managed without her help. Jade and Beals have been absolutely wonderful.
Hey Linda, thank you for leaving such an incredible review. We know how difficult your situation was and we are happy that Jade made it so much easier for you whilst you were abroad.
