We are part way through renting a property with Beals. Our letting negotiator Luenna-Jane has been extremely helpful. We have had a lot of questions and she has only been too happy to help and accommodating. From the first tour around the property which was professional, well explained, all the way through to the paperwork of this process! Would highly recommend their services.

We went to Beals in Hedge End and were astounded by the service. Sadly our late grandmother passed away and we needed a valuation for probate. Because we wanted to keep the property in the family, but needed value for probate, a lot of the other agents in the village weren’t very interested but Liz and Jack were sympathetic, understanding and more than happy to help.

We had a lady called Zoe helping us try to find a new home, she was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Always trying to find us properties and get us in for viewing as early as possible. I would 100% recommend them as an estate agent definitely went above and beyond to help

A very big thank you to Luenna-Jane for her friendly and professional service. Most of the rental companies I have dealt with previously have been very impersonal and in a hurry to get the deal done. I called for some advice on 4 bed rentals as we need more space with a large family. Shelby was really helpful and knowledgable, helped us with locations and rough prices to expect. We are now on the look out for a bigger home and Shelby will keep us posted if something that ticks out boxes comes along.
