GoogleYour move Langney dealt with the sale of our home. They were great right the way through. They marketed the property well and managed to secure a significant amount of viewings early on.
I really enjoyed engaging with the whole team from the laughs I had with Emma and the significant support we received from Ali when we had difficulties with a potential buyer and hiccups with our final purchaser.
Initially once the sale was agreed they passed us to a regional sales Progressor which was less successful but I am pleased to say that as soon as I reported concerns to Ali he took over the case, responded quickly and sorted the issues. I understand that this service has now returned in house which I feel is a positive move as you build a rapport with the team.
Every member of staff that we came into contact with were polite, welcoming and helpful. We would certainly use them again in the future.
