GoogleWe have just made a new contract with this agency two months in advance of the move and we only have 2 days with the keys to our new home and they delivered it in very bad conditions everything was dirty the boiler does not work the bathroom has no water and it will be like this For two more weeks they are not responsible for the damage, everything that appears in the photos is a lie or very old photos, nothing is updated but well, that is typical of agencies. I sincerely do not recommend this agency!!

GoogleI just sold a particularly tricky property with Your Move. If it wasn't for Ali and Liam, the sale would have fallen through at the last minute. They were fast and very proactive at talking to all parties and the sale was back on within a couple of days and completed 3 weeks later. I can't thank them enough for all the help and support during the whole process.

Their after sale’s experience is a lot more advanced than any other estate agent in Eastbourne and I would definitely urge people to use these guys!

GoogleWe have just purchased a property through YourMove Eastbourne having been badly let down by another local agent. The difference was chalk and cheese. Lusi tried hard to find us a property to match our needs which was was great as we were buying form out of area. Once an offer had been accepted, she followed through chasing. By working as a team with seller and solicitors we were able to complete the entire purchase from offer to collection of keys in under 4 weeks. Some agents dismiss the buyer as unimportant as ‘not their client’ especially in a sellers market. Fortunately YourMove were not one of these agents in our experience.
