We bought our new home through Town Property and worked with George Robison. We had a positive experience from start to finish. He was always easy to get hold of, quick to respond, and kept us updated throughout, which made a big difference during what can be a stressful process. George managed the chain well and made sure everything stayed on track. When issues came up (as they do), he stayed calm, handled them efficiently, and kept us reassured. It gave us a lot of confidence knowing he was on top of things. We really appreciated his support and would happily recommend him at TP to anyone buying or selling.

I was acting for my daughter , in selling her flat . I found all the staff that I had dealings with , at Town Property , to were most helpful, professional, pro active and efficient in the service they provided. On the day of the original exchange of signed contracts , our seemingly genuine purchaser chose to withdrew their offer . Town Property were most emphatic and provided us up a prospective purchaser within days. George handled the original offer and was most helpful to me. I Thoroughly recommend him . I have just had a thoroughly positive experience with Town Property . The property sold quickly in a very competitive market, and, importantly, at the price I wanted. From the outset the approach was straight-talking, factual and realistic. No hype, no nonsense, just clear advice and solid execution. This was very much a team effort, and it showed. I was only in the UK briefly to list the property and was back in Australia for most of the process, which could easily have made things stressful. It wasn’t. Special mention to the lead agent, Russell Wing, whose handling of the entire process was exemplary. His communication was outstanding, regular, calm and proactive, often going out of his way to bridge time zone differences, including calls after 11:00pm his time. That level of commitment made all the difference. What could have been a nerve-wracking experience from the other side of the world was anything but. I couldn’t be happier with the outcome and I have absolutely no hesitation recommending Town Property Estate & Letting.

Disappointed with the service. We found a property through Town Rentals and showed interest immediately. We called multiple times for details, arranged a viewing (where the agent arrived late), and later submitted our application. There was an issue with my husband's visa share code, it wasn’t working due to a small spelling mistake. But the main problem was that the agent never informed us unless we called them ourselves. Even though they knew we were very interested, they didn’t bother updating us or guiding us about the code issue. Because of their lack of communication and support, we lost the property and wasted an entire week. Very poor experience, we expected better professionalism from a letting agency. Edit new updates for your reply Dear Paul, Thank you for your response. I respectfully disagree with some of the points you mentioned. your colleague asked for documents that I had already provided earlier. The way this situation was handled felt unfair and unprofessional. I understand that landlords make the final decision, but the lack of basic courtesy and organisation from your team was the reason I left an honest 1-star review. I hope you take this feedback seriously to avoid such experiences for future applicants.

Tyrone is the best estate agent I have ever come across, he’s professional, personable and truly seeks out the best for you. He is thorough, constantly follows up every enquiry, chases relevant parties to stop processes dragging often building up a positive rapport with all parties to facilitate positive communication. I have been down avenues in terms of selling and buying properties with Tyrone over the past year, it’s been a long and often tedious process I imagine somewhat frustrating for many estate agents but he never seemed put out no matter how many times I asked to view the property! Some aspects of the purchase process I was unfamiliar with, he was very patient and clear with explaining everything involved.

I've rented out my property in Eastbourne with Town Rentals for the past 4 years and SO GRATEFUL I found them. Everything has been flawless, including communication, response times and organising repairs/cleaning/check-outs. The ladies on the team are also very friendly and deserve every bit of success. As a first time buyer, Town Property made what should have been a daunting experience smooth and easy. From start to finish, I felt reassured and confident in my decision. The team weren’t sales-like in their approach, but more like friendly guides. Tyrone Bruce was particularly accommodating with all my viewing requests and novice questions! Having Toby (the mortgage broker) in the office meant that everything was so streamlined and communicated. The whole process can be summed up by the completion date when, within 30 minutes of completion being confirmed by solicitors, Town Property had the keys ready for me to collect in a thoughtful “congratulations” envelope, with lots of smiles and congratulations at the office. They are a super friendly, efficient, honest and considerate team - I’d recommend them to anyone!

I am 110% totally impressed with the Town Property Team. From the very first call to Paul and appointment with Robert last Summer to our Exchange of Contracts last week - hooray - I have had an absolutely first class and professional service. Right from the beginning our property details were extremely thorough and top class photos taken for advertising purposes. I was very impressed from our very first appointment and felt confident that these guys will be giving the sale of my property their all. With the re-assurance from the outset that these guys were giving this their best, at no point, throughout the process did they present me with any worries or concerns. For me, this is extremely important. I can only deal with people that I know will give me their best service. Communication skills were brilliant. This is also really important to me and I can only deal with a business if their Values align with mine. My calls were always returned, everyone was incredibly easy to talk to, professional, friendly and kind. Even when buyer number 2 pulled out right at the last minute and I was genuinely very disappointed.
