We used Reid & Dean to sell our home. They were amazing and we had a full price offer on our house within 24 hours of going on the market, with their wonderful professional pictures of our house really helping create interest from buyers. Even more impressive was the way Sam in particular helped us through the sale process. He could not have been more patient and persistent when we hit roadblocks with the process - and we ended up moving within 2 days of the date he had predicted over 2 months before! Everyone at Reid & Dean were amazing when it came to customer service. If you want an estate agent that will really take care of you and earn every penny of their commission you should use Reid & Dean.

Reid and Dean were superb. They were thorough and businesslike, and as well as marketing our house very well indeed with proper photographs taken by Sam who knows how to use a camera, worked tirelessly with us to make sure everything that they could work on went smoothly. They were realistic with pricing the house, explained everything clearly and were there when we needed them - Roger spent 40 minutes one Saturday morning helping when a sale fell through, and the house sold again that afternoon.
