YellOne of the Best!
Phil Hall is one of the best Estate Agents that we have ever met. He is honest, energetic and endlessly positive. He markets his properties with plenty of photographs and his enthusiastic walk round video helped us to decide that the property was right for us. He was easy to talk to on the phone and confirmed our viewing by text and email. When we arrived at the viewing he was warm and friendly and, most importantly, knowledgeable about the property and able to answer all of our questions. After we had placed our offer he was always available on the phone and happy to address our concerns and coax and guide us through the process. We are novice home buyers but his reliable and attentive enthusiasm helped make home buying easy. If you are buying, he will help you on your journey. If you are selling, you can be confident that your property will be well marketed by a competent pair of hands. We thoroughly recommend his service.
