Phil is a very friendly and approachable estate agent who doesn't put uncomfortable pressure on you like other estate agents I've delt with. He was very helpful to pursue all parties involved with my flat sale and kept me in the loop with regular updates. He was always happy to talk and answer any queries I had. I would definitely recommend Phil Hall to my friends and family.

Phil's handlng of my sale was fantastic from beginning to end. The photographs and sales particulars were top notch and when it looked like the sale was starting to stall Phil was quick to smooth the way with vendors, buyers and solicitors in all parts of the chain. Would highly reccommend Phil to anyone buying or selling. Thanks Phil👍

Phil has been amazing and sold our property within 2 weeks. No time wasted, viewing only people genuinely interested and in a position to proceed ASAP. I highly recommend him and the solicitors he suggested we use, Hobson & Latham, who have both been amazing and made this house sale incredibly smooth. Thank you 😊 …

I have known Phil for many years now and he is highly regarded within the industry and a real family man that has a good work ethic behind him caring for the customers who are lucky enough to find him. If looking for an agent that cares and will work incredibly hard to get you moving then give Phil a call.

Great service from Phil throughout. He stays in touch and you can always get hold of him when needed. I've dealt with lots of agency's before and Phil has proved going with smaller privately owned one has countless benefits. Thanks mate!
