His attention to detail really stood out, particularly the beautiful photos he arranged for our property, which played a big part in helping us achieve a successful sale. Beyond selling our home, Phill went above and beyond by helping us negotiate the price on the house we were buying, ensuring we felt confident and well-informed throughout. He also recommended excellent solicitors, surveyors, and a moving company, all of which made the entire process run much more smoothly. Phill was professional, approachable, and genuinely invested in getting the best outcome for us. Recently sold my property through Phil Hall Estate Agents. I have to say the whole process, whilst never without its stresses, was as smooth as it could be. What makes this agent different though is the personal element provided by Phil. You talk to him directly and no one else which makes a huge difference. Question were answered promptly and Phil is a very personable individual which reduces tension. The sales pack has to be one of the best I have seen, in particular the drone footage which really gives a different perspective. All in all i highly recommend Phil Hall Estate Agents and should the opportunity arise, I would certainly use again.

If you have a property to sell or buy then absolutely contact Phil Hall. He is professional, yet friendly and puts you at ease. He is very experienced, but not stuffy with a load of jargon. We were completely new to this and he explained everything and kept us in the loop at every stage. Phil is not your usual estate agent, it’s refreshing to see someone doing things differently. I can honestly say that he cared for us from beginning to end and made us laugh along the way. Phil has been a pleasure to work with over the last few months and I would recommend him to anyone who’s looking for an estate agent.

There is no one and I mean no one I'd rather go through the hell of buying and selling with than Phil Hall. He puts his clients at the centre of everything and bends over backwards to ensure he gets your sale through to competition. You will always feel like you're the only person he is working with. We were both selling our property and buying another with Phil which turned out to be instrumental in making it all happen. We unfortunately lost our first buyers and Phil worked extremely hard to make sure we had a new buyer 3 weeks later. We then went on to have a very complicated purchase and again Phil worked so hard to keep everything together and juggling the people in the chain. Even post completion there was some bits that needed to be sorted and he kept in fantastic communication, there was certainly no feeling that he'd walked away once this was done from an agents POV. We knew Phil had a ton of experience at high street estate agents and he's really shining as an independent agent. Thank you, Phil.

If you’re looking to sell your property in Eastbourne then Phil is your man. We instructed Phil to sell our property at a time the market wasn’t great, we were told by other agents it wasn’t a good time to sell and we certainly wouldn’t achieve what we wanted. But in came Phil a breath of fresh air, with an amazing amount of local knowledge and a database of actual serious buyers! We managed to get our property under offer at the asking price just before Christmas and Phil was on hand to assist through the whole process. I cannot recommend him enough!!

From the very beginning Phil gave an impression of being passionate about his job, he clearly loved what he did and was very good at it. I consulted 2 estate agents to value our flat, of the 2 Phil won hands down. He had come prepared and had obviously put the time in to find out all there was to know about our block of flats. The photos were outstanding and Phil gave us some tips on what jobs were worth getting done before we went ahead. Communication was clear through a whats App group that worked very well. I had a problem with my key not working after returning home after a viewing and Phil drove straight over to help. I would recommend Phil, and have already done so, to anybody looking to move. I had been saving for over six years to purchase my first property. I was all ready to buy a flat when I got a work promotion last summer. I started looking at houses instead, but was anxious about being beaten to the punch by multiple occupants and/or families. In comes Phil! I have known Phil personally since late 2008 when he initially hired me to work with him in the field of Estate Agency, when he hired me I had zero experience and he was not phased, and shaped me to be the professional person that I wanted to be. Phil has a vast wealth of knowledge built up over many years and he has always been available to me and happy to give me help and advice whenever I have needed it. He also knows everyone there is to know in the industry and can (and has) given guidance of people to work with and people to avoid at all costs. Phil has been able to list, sell and show properties, but also to recommend Solicitors, Mortgage Advisors, Removals and anything else you could imagine in relation to property. Phil is incredibly personable and friendly and has a contagious laugh. More important to me than anything, Phil is honest and trustworthy. We had a long drawn out sale, due to slow solicitors and even slower buyers down the chain. Uncommunicative agents keeping us in the dark. Phil navigated all of that. Kept us as updated as he could, and didn't stop pushing things along until we finally Exchanged. Would definitely recommend Phil, it can be a difficult, stressful time, so it pays to have someone like Phil on your side.
