I have just bought my dream property through Oakfield and cannot recommend them, in particular Lauren, any more highly. She was incredibly kind, helpful, professional, and knowledgable, and went above and beyond in all her dealings with me. I feel very fortunate to have had her as my advocate as I don’t think I would have got the property I wanted without her. All the staff were polite, friendly and efficient, and I don’t hesitate to recommend Oakfield to others and Lauren particularly. I cannot thank her enough! 5 stars, an amazing service and a pleasure to do business with.

Oakfield have recently acted for me and my wife on the sale of a flat in Eastbourne, the instruction having been handled by Sam Hines and Josh Thompson. My experience of dealing with Sam and Josh over a prolonged period and within a less than straightforward market has been one of total satisfaction, from initial contact through to advice on value, finding a suitable buyer and securing completion. Excellent communication was maintained at all times and I welcomed the approach adopted whereby I was told what I needed to know, not what I might want to hear. I have no time for the latter approach in business as it achieves nothing save ultimate dissatisfaction. Me and my partner have just bought a house through Oakfield. They have been utterly amazing right from the start. Josh sold us the house who was very friendly and great with communicating with us. Lauren was exceptional, not only did she produce excellent photos and sales info, but her local knowledge in valuing the property and when presenting it to potential buyers achieved a sale price for us that was higher than we’d expected (and higher than other estate agents had predicted!).
