I like to support local business so when a friend of mine had a good experience selling her property through Hunt & Frame I decided that I will give them an opportunity to sell a high profile property in the area. Unfortunately I never made it to discussing the purpose of my call before the manager was so rude to me that I terminated the communication. The staff here are strangely aggressive and their tone of voice while talking to you indicates their lack of enthusiasm towards the disruption your call has created. In short I would avoid these agents for any reason, with a lot of estate agents operating in the area whom are all professional and helpful, why waste your time on Hunt & Frame.

Enquired about an ideal property within hours of being advertised. Unable to arrange viewings when I enquired as waiting for instructions. Took my details to contact me. No phone call, no email ever received and a few days later shows as let. Very poor and disappointing. Back to the drawing board. Will look at other agents instead.

I bought my current house with Hunt Frame and they were amazing from start to finish. So much so I have now used them to sell it so we can move on to pastures new. They have kept me informed the whole way through, they are always on hand to answer any email or question and they are passionate about selling. The sale of my house was fast and we currently near exchanging, they are beyond brilliant! Would Highly recommend the whole team , my life has been much easier with them in it !

Unfortunately this estate agent doesn’t seem to quite understand communication and how many people are really trying to find a new home and how serious there situations are especially within these awful times! We went along for a viewing on a property, our second viewing we had managed to get in a year of looking! We were told we had every chance of getting the house along with the other applicants even with the dog! I actually believe this was not the case and the landlord would never have actually considered us for that reason! When I called over a day later to ask if a decision had been made, the agent on the phone seemed like he actually belonged with The penny pinchers who work for the conservatives, they only actually want to deal with people are spending money with them, it seemed he had no care in telling me the decision and actually seemed like he didn’t want to know about the situation! Very frustrating when we could of been informed the day before! He also could not tell me a reason why we were denied the house. Another estate agent that doesn’t seem to understand the current situation with the stresses tenants are under in renting now and the utter chaos they are causing with rent prices, pets etc.

Well my parents were due to move into their dream bungalow. Their vendors we’re purchasing a property from Hunt Frame but Hunt Frame failed to mention the property was a probate. We were told the probate had been submitted in March but in fact, it had never been submitted. Because of the lack of information and lies , my parents buyers pulled out and now they have lost their dream bungalow. I wouldn’t trust Hunt Frame as far as I could throw them. Even the Director can’t talk to you on the phone and passes you on to the Branch Manager. Any good director would be able to have a conversation and apologise for a complete and utter cock up! Thanks Hunt Frame....Good Work 🤔🤔

I dealt solely with Beth who was an absolute star during the sale of my elderly mother's flat in Eastbourne. She went above and beyond what is expected of an estate agent and helped me hugely at a very stressful time. This even extended to organising a locksmith for my mother who had locked herself out of her flat and following it up with calls to make sure she was back in safely. Do not keep their word

I contacted these agents when a flat I was very interested in came on the market and without viewing it (I aready knew the property) offered the full asking price on condition that they took the house off the market as they told me they already had two viewings booked. They came back to me and said my offer had been acceped and asked for my solicitors details. I said I would get back to them asap as I wanted to get some quotes. The next morning I received a call from them saying that unfortunately the viewings had gone ahead and someone had offered over the asking price and, as they were cash buyers, the vendor wanted to go ahed with them. When I remonstrated that the flat was supposed to be taken off the market, I was told that 'Steve', the person I had dealt with, was not in the office and that it wasn't their understanding of the situation. When I tried to argue further I was told they had to go and they put the phone down.
