Just sold my house via Hunt Frame estate agents in Eastbourne. From my initial enquiry until exchange and completion Mark, Darcie and Beth were all fantastic. I had a lot of viewings and a buyer was found. I was kept informed at all times and well supported, with advice/guidance and a lot of reassurance when needed. I would recommend Hunt Frame if you need to buy/sell a property.

We are first time tenants, moving out of our parents home and Huntframe made it very easy for us and helped ease any anxiety we had. Lorna in particular was super fast at getting back to us and guided us through each step with lots of patience and advice. She couldn’t have been nicer and it made us feel much more at ease throughout the process! Darcy showed us around the property initially and she was lovely and informative also! After meeting Steve at a property viewing we were very impressed at his professionalism, so we invited Hunt Frame to value our property. Steve visited and left us feeling very confident that we'd be in safe hands, no heavy sales techniques or wild promises that we'd heard from other local agencies. The property went onto the market and the viewing process was well managed, with escorted pre-arranged visits led by Darcie, all booked on a single date (something we valued as we're a busy working family). We received an offer for the full asking price from the first person through the door, and whilst other booked viewings continued Hunt Frame commenced the due diligence on the buyer, and we duly accepted their offer. Beth took over the process from here, and kept us informed on a regular basis. When a previously unidentified transaction in the chain occurred, Beth was quick to contact all parties and ensure everyone was working towards an exchange date, giving almost daily updates for close to a month until we finally exchanged, and completed this month. From meeting Steve, to marketing our property through to completion, the team at Hunt Frame were professional throughout. We'd have no hesitation in recommending them to others.

I had a valuation done on the 12/3/26 by a Mark from the sales team. I have a lovely studio flat, had spent time to make it look lovely, he didn’t even look at it. He sat down, told! me to sit in my home, and spent the next 15 minutes being extremely negative about my property, at which point I told him we were done! It’s nothing to do with what he felt my flats worth, it was the way he spoke to me. I would never use this company to sell my property, I may only have a studio flat, but it’s my home.

Having worked with Hunt Frame in a professional capacity, I have always held them in extremely high regard and as a solicitor, it is always lovely having a set ‘sales progressor’ who we can work alongside to best suit all parties in the transaction. When buying through them personally, it is safe to say by no means was I surprised with their proactivity and attentiveness. I first viewed the property with Darcie who was very warm, friendly and personable. She has clearly done her research on the Old Town area and was able to answer any questions “off the bat”. Throughout the transaction I dealt with Beth. There were various issues which Beth very carefully navigated, from fairly minor issues where I needed some reassurance, to damp proofing works which Beth personally organised. I never went more than 20 minutes without a “holding” email or answer to my question. My final viewing was with Mark who took genuine interest in my plans for the property and ensured I was happy before proceeding to an exchange of contracts. Told tier service from the very first viewing to picking up the keys - by no means would I hesitate to recommend to colleagues, friends or family.

Hunt frame say they only oversaw our checkout, this is not true! we were paying them rent after they took over the property from leaders, they also say they made "small deductions" from our deposit which is also untrue, very happy to be back with leaders.

Strange how you let some silly wan*ers wear a suit suddenly they become more than some small town scrub working a smaller school leavers job for peanuts. I'm currently talking with my solicitor regards some kind of legal action against this firm, if legal action is at all possible, I will have him in court. Avoid using these amateurs.

Do not trust. Moved out of a rented property at the start of April and they tried to take £312 of my deposit for cleaning. I challenged them as I felt I left the property in exactly the same condition as when i moved in with very minimal cleaning required. I asked them to provide me with some form of evidence of what needed cleaning and breakdown of how they got to £312 cleaning charge. After ignoring many of my emails it eventually became clear they couldn’t provide any of this. They still decided to stick with the charge and decided to go to through the deposit dispute system. (Probably hoping I pull give in) It turns out they could not provide any evidence to the deposit dispute company to support their claim either so in the end the full deposit was awarded back to me by default. They basically tried to scam me out of £312 with fake cleaning charges. They hope that you are in a position financially where you just need the money fast, so will agree to pay charges to get the rest of the deposit back quickly. Luckily I was in a position where I could afford to wait out the 2 month dispute process without any money back. Be very careful with this company, and if they try to take any of your deposit stand your ground and challenge it. Just saved me £312
