I recently purchased a property through Fox and Sons in Worthing and from start to finish found them professional and they communicated well with me throughout the process, even the difficult bits. Jenny in particular was incredibly helpful and supportive.

TrustpilotUnethical agency
Unethical agency - did not declare a conflict of interest twice in a row

GoogleBy and large made a long, drawn out process relatively hassle free. My only negative would be that as a first time buyer I felt at times that I was not given information in small, bite sized chunks and felt a little lost during the process.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

Worst service I have ever received from an estate agent in the Taunton branch...I can only say I would never place a property for sale with them...no phone call back from numerous messages left on a property they have for sale I'm interested in

GoogleI now do not click any properties that they advertise - Enquiry not responded too over a week later, now been told property sold to someone else. Really pushy with Mortgage and other services which I don't want or need, honestly hate this agent - would not use.

TrustpilotFox and Sons Hastings Awful.
Fox and Sons Hastings are the worst estate agent I have ever dealt with. Never call you back, fail to deal with complaints and fail to deliver on promises. I would avoid them at all costs and go elsewhere. Customer service is not a thing they understand.

GoogleWe went to look at a property from Fox & Sons. We met with Ben Murphy, who is one of the agent. He was very helpfull and friendly. We really liked that he wasn't pushy and explained everything perfectly. Very good service.

GoogleWorst "estate agent" I have ever dealt with. A bunch of kids more worried about their appearance than customer service. Over price to get your business then ask you to reduce, and never return calls. Using this company has to be the worst decision i ever made.

GoogleWanted to find out information about the shared ownership scheme. They booked me in for a mortgage advisor and tried selling me their services and said shared ownership is pointless. Wasted an hour of my time and lost any chance of doing business with me.

TrustpilotFox & Sons Plympton, Devon
Absolutely horrendous experience dealing with this company. Poor from the very beginning no communication & constantly chasing for updates. I would not recommend using if you can. AVOID !!!

Tell us what you need and we'll put you in touch. Fox and Sons hasn't joined The Trusted Agent yet, so we'll pass your enquiry to them or to up to three other top-rated agents near Eastbourne.
