GoogleI drove from Bexhill to view a property in Eastbourne. I was a little early, so I waited outside. At the time of the appointment I received a call ,saying that the agent had been delayed. She arrived 10 minutes later. On entering the property, she demand that we take our shoes off, because of very cheap new carpets. I explained that I had diabetes and that my feet were numb,and needed my shoes for balance. We were not allowed in!

GoogleWouldn't use anyone else for property sales. Richard, Neil and team are superb at what they do and friendly with it. Always reassuring and excellent communication from all of them. Would give more stars if it were possible.
