Steve Piercy and the team at Brook Gamble have been absolutely exceptional. Steve was at our beck and call, even on his days off he would check in/answer questions! He definitely had our best interests at heart and was always doing whatever he could to push things through/speed up the process. He was also just pleasant in general to talk to and reassured us with any worries we had, this being our first time selling. Wish we had come to Brook Gamble first rather than wasting time with another estate agent for months. We got a serious buyer/offer very quickly with them and Steve’s experience was evident when doing the viewings as he knew what to say about the property and how to actually sell the property to potential buyers. Couldn’t recommend them enough! Thank you Steve and the team!

Steven has been absolutely amazing. He is so professional and goes out of his way to help in all areas. He has even just done a meter reading and collected up the post from the house he has just sold for us! What a star!! He does letting as well and highly recommend! We almost let out our house but then sold so have seen Steve from both the letting and selling perspective and he is outstanding and professional in both. He is always happy to talk and has a lot of time for you. He is always very positive and encouraging. He has an excellent sense of humour and really does go the extra mile-like taking a chair down from the office and trying every key he could find in the house to open our loft for us!. He is resilient and determined and will sell your house for you professionally with a lot of positivity and humour while being helpful and understanding.
