Dear Andoni - thank you for your detailed review. My colleague called you at 17.59 last night (out of office hours) to advise you that a flat you were due to see today at 1.pm had been LET, our records show the conversation lasted 49 seconds. You were extremely rude and slammed the phone down on my colleague. If you would like to view any of our properties in the future we will require a written apology for your rudeness and out of context review. We can be contacted on: lettings@simply-lettings.co.uk

Dear Philipp - thank you for your expansive review. Given that we do not have a trace of you on our system and that fact your review contradicts every single one of our reviews this is clearly a mistake or false. Would love to hear from you 01273729000 KR Sam SIMPLY LETTINGS
