Rented with Oakfield in Eastbourne and they are just a lovely team of people. Zoe was especially wonderful and supportive throughout the whole moving process and felt like an old friend at the end. Whenever I called up for queries, everyone in the office was extremely polite and friendly, I spoke to Heather and Lauren on two occasions and they were very helpful. Would really recommend them to everyone thinking of moving down to the older side of the Sussex coastline!

I chose to put my flat to rent with Oakfield after reading some of the amazing reviews online. That was the best decision I could have made. They all work as a team and whoever you speak to, they are friendly, professional and as helpful as they can be. They offer a complete range of services and talk through the options available, allowing you to decide which level of service is most applicable to your needs. They worked quickly and efficiently to get my flat rented as soon as possible at a realistic rental. I felt at ease to ask for regular updates and I was never made to feel that I was being a nuisance. My main contact was with Zoe who was both knowledgeable and caring which filled me with confidence. I have also spoken with Charlotte, Lauren and Rebecca and they have all been equally impressive and helpful. So would I use Oakfield again? Emphatically yes and I feel happy to recommend them.

Message Body: When I wanted to sell my property I didn't choose Oakfields first but I certainly wish I had. The other agent I chose showed no interest after the initial visit and after 3 months had not put a single person up to view. Thankfully I got in touch with Oakfields again and they had 3 viewings the day I changed to them. The sale took a year to complete - for various reasons, none of which were the fault of Oakfields. During all that time Oakfields - and especially Charlotte Osbourn and Rebecca Brown - kept me fully informed of what was happening and kept my spirits up when things were not going well. I cannot imagine that any other agent would have gone to the lengths they did and I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone.

We contacted a few estate agents when we were selling our home. Oakfields were by far the best in our opinion. Apart from giving us the most reasonable price they provided a very professional service, with no hard sell that you can experience from some other estate agents. Charlotte came to our house and was very warm and friendly, she even brought some potential buyers with her before we had even put the house on the market. This meant were able to sell in no time at all. Overall we were so impressed with the service that we recommend oakfields to our neighbors who also were looking to sell.
