Being first time buyers we required a lot of guidance and James couldn't have been more helpful throughout the whole process. Everything from the initial viewing to negotiating and liaising with solicitors was made simple and managed really professionally. We were always kept up to date each step of the way which made the experience completely hassle free. Great agents, highly recommend.

I used Nicholas James as I have worked with them in the past and I know the exceptional service, care and knowledge they provide in the industry. James valued my flat to rent, it was photographed, online and had a tenant moved in and fully referenced within 3 and a half weeks at a very good price - very happy, thanks James and Nick!!

Fantastic estate agency service. As first time buyers, my wife and I purchased a flat listed with Nicholas James recently and the whole team were professional, friendly and helpful at every step. They have even gone out of their way to answer a few questions for us post-completion. I would highly recommend and we are sure to turn to them when it is time for us to move on.

Would highly recommend! Nick, James and their team found us great tenants, managed our property to the highest standard and got us a great price from a lovely family when we came to sell. Trustworthy, personable and nothing nothing we asked of them was ever too much trouble! I can't recommend highly enough.

A fantastic estate agent. James was friendly, approachable and addressed all queries amicably. During the final stage of purchase he went above and beyond to expedite matters. He also offered helpful and honest advice particularly during negotiations of offer. I would be going back to them if I have any queries regarding future property matters.

Nicholas James is a fantastic estate agent. They are all really nice decent people: honest, transparent, reliable with excellent communication skills. We’ve moved a lot of times and these are absolutely the best agents- friendly and good humoured without the corporate schmooze… .and they’ll get you a great price.. Go for it!!

Nick and James are the perfect professionals. We recently purchased a flat they had listed and having dealt with several agents over the years they were the best I have come across. They are personable, honest and always did what they said they would do on time. I have been and will continue to recommend them. Thanks gents!

After renting property for many years, it was so impressive to see Luke at Nicholas James treat this as if I was buying my own home. On more than 1 occasion he went out his way for me to see the property, even after the rent had been agreed. Not only that but the signing and checking of all documentation was a breeze, being done electronically, with an email received on the day of the move condensing all documents into one email. So very impressed with Luke and the company he works for. Thank youPositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

We rented out a property and sold a property, working directly with Luke and Nick. They were a real breath of fresh air, exactly what estate agents should be, and what we needed; knowledgeable, efficient, empathetic, friendly, hard working. Can't praise them highly enough and would definitely recommend them

We would definitely recommend Nicholas James Sales and Lettings. They have been extremely professional and hands on with all of our queries and concerns and have tried to make things work, even when that seemed impossible. James who dealt with our case was always quick to respond and tried to provide us with accurate information during a very difficult sale process. Very accommodating, honest and friendly, something which is not easy to find, if you have interacted with agencies previously.
