GoogleWe had a great experience with Greystones during what turned out to be quite a long process. Sam was fantastic throughout, her communication was excellent, and she showed real dedication in keeping everything moving. She was always proactive in chasing our buyers and keeping us updated, which made a stressful process much easier. We really appreciated all the support the whole team at Greystones gave us and would highly recommend Greystones to anyone selling their home.

GoogleWe would like to say a massive thank you to all of the Greystones team. Kevin, Carl, Stuart & Owen, all of whom played a part in the very long, stressful process of our sale and purchase. Our chain was very complicated Kevin went above and beyond to help with everything he communicated with many other Estate agents and solicitors and sorted out lots of issues that arose and I can tell you there were many, Kevin kept in contact with us throughout the whole process almost every day some weeks. We have now finally exchanged after almost a year and we move into our new home next week, we’re relieved and excited! They are all friendly and very professional. GoogleA great Estate agents as it took only 3 weeks to sell our house, Ben took some great pictures which showed the house at it's best. Had lots of viewings so wasn't disappointed. This Estate agents kept us informed at all times, especially Ashley who was outstanding, we had a couple of times where the chain would of collapsed because of the first time buyers at the beginning of the chain, but Ashley sorted it all out for us. As a whole all of the team at Greystones were exceptional and very professional, we certainly would recommend them and you couldn't go wrong with them getting you that sale. We have now moved into our forever home thanks to Greystones 🏡 Many Many Thanks.

GoogleHad an awful experience with Greystones. Kevin Booth, managing director was the person me and my partner was dealing with and he was extremely unprofessional. We found a house we loved, viewed a few times and put in an offer that was accepted. During that process Kevin was already being unprofessional by not responding to my partner, not taking care when sending emails negotiating prices and sending over wrong figures. Around a week after our offer was accepted, we hadn’t heard anything from Kevin yet so I emailed him to then receive an email back telling me that the vendor had actually decided to pull out and accept a different offer presented to her after ours had already been accepted. We understand the vendor had her rights to do so however we should not of found this information out because we reached out to Kevin, we should of been informed immediately as we was already in the process of applying for the mortgage. Really ruined our experience as first time buyers. After all of that Kevin has not bothered to respond to us again and completely ignored us, disgusting behaviour.

GoogleI highly recommend Carl and the amazing team at Greystones Estate Agents, who worked tirelessly under difficult circumstances, to find me a buyer for my leasehold flat, something that 4 other agents failed to do. Sam has kept me updated at least twice a week and I have been fully informed at all stages. I left her to streamline and unravel things when they became difficult/streasful,.which she did so calmly and confidently. I can't thank you all enough for the extremely efficient service I have been fortunate enough to receive. Thanks to Carl, Lewis, Kevin and the fabulous Sam ☺️

GoogleWe bought a bungalow through Greystones, having been searching in the area for over a year. I think we saw the property first listed on a Friday, did our first viewing on the following Monday, and on the Tuesday, we had made our offer. So guess from a sellers point of view, they are pretty good! From a buyers point of view, they are also very good. Throughout the process Samia was always on the ball, guiding us expertly through the process, and liaising regularly with our vendors and both sets of solicitors. We found the whole Greystones team very friendly and efficient. Looking forward to our new life in Bexhill.

GoogleHighly recommend the team at Greystones. They worked extremely hard on our sale going over and above at every step. Greystones led all viewings and kept on top of the process with the buyer and solicitors, helping to keep things moving. They provided regular and timely updates to us throughout. GoogleWe have just purchased a bungalow from Greystones ,this was our first time as well as myself leaving my family home of 42years. We can honestly say that without greystones we would of found the complete process daunting. Ashleigh has been truly amazing , his support continued Communication and advise is what got us there in the end . We are only sorry that we didn't use Greystones to sell our property however we would recommend and if we were to sell again it would most definitely be Greystones .
