GoogleI highly recommend Greystones Estate Agents, Bexhill-on-Sea. I cannot fault them. From finding me my dream flat, to listening to what I was looking for, along with regular and clear communication, plus friendliness and professionalism. This is rare. I felt “held” and looked after throughout the whole home-buying process. I mainly dealt with Ben Howell and Owen Cullip, but they are all a great team to deal with.

GoogleWe would like to say a big thank you to Greystones. We moved from Wisbech and it took longer than we'd anticipated but they waited for us and were very helpful whenever I rang to check on the property. We looked at loads of properties before finally viewing the one we are now living in and we are over the moon with it. They even gave us a bottle of Prosecco to welcome us!! Many, many thanks from Sue and Rog.

Our sale/purchase wasn't the easiest of transactions, but Ashley kept us sane throughout the whole process and made sure we were constantly updated. We were able to complete on the property just over two months from first viewing the property and everything was as simple and straightforward as could be. GoogleJust want to say how incredible Greystones have been throughout buying a property, cannot fault them! Carl showed us round our first Property, very approachable, very helpful, answered all our questions, really informative! Owen showed us around on our 2nd viewing, very friendly, very informative and also gave us some great ideas! Kevin also been really approachable, extremely helpful with any queries about the process (first time buyers so new to this!) & friendly, kept us updated on everything! But everything was extremely quick, and I cannot thank Greystones enough for all the help to make buying our first home a smooth one! 100% recommend without a doubt!!

GoogleHaving used Greystones to buy our own property four years ago we decided to ask them to sell my mother's flat. We can honestly say they have worked very hard especially after we had two buyers pull out - one at the last minute. All the staff were friendly and helpful throughout the whole process. We would definitely recommend them and will use them in the future.

GoogleIf you want a professional, hard working, honest, committed team, then Greystones absolutely fit the bill. Don’t waste your time with other agents like it did. My first meeting was with Carl who put me at ease with all the information I needed to know selling my home, very honest and professional. Lewis then did the viewings, he researched my property and asked me lots of questions to gain such excellent knowledge on my house to help sell it. Kevin also was an excellent support through the whole process, giving me great support and advice on selling and buying. Samia worked excellently ensuring the whole process ran smoothly, and kept in regular contact to update me. Seriously this team are fantastic, and without them I wouldn’t have sold my home and got the beautiful new one I am in now. They did just what they were supposed to do. Thank you team. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! 🥇
