Simply the best.

I had 8 different local estate agents come to value my house. All except Fox & Sons valued it by comparing it with properties that bore little resemblance to mine. The Fox & Sons valuer actually looked at the property properly and valued it accordingly. It sold within 5 days of going on the market for £16,000 more than the others had valued it. We have just completed. In addition, the staff at Fox & Sons Bitterne have been unfailingly helpful, keeping me informed of progress on a weekly basis. I cannot fault their service. My grateful thanks to all concerned, especially Jay, Tom and Laura.

We had an excellent experience with the team and, most especially Callum Legate. From start to finish, the team was professional, responsive, and incredibly helpful. They guided us through every step of the process, addressing any questions promptly and ensuring everything went smoothly. We chose Fox and sons over two other local agents, based on our face to face meeting with their representative, Callum. He met our expectations with his approach and instilled trust in us from the outset. In very short order, the EPC, floor plans and pictures were all arranged and the house went on the market on the following Saturday afternoon. On the Monday, the next working day, a viewing took place resulting in an excellent offer which we accepted. The sale is now proceeding nicely and we are very happy. No real actions

Staff were friendly but just a bit useless. Kept on saying stuff would be sorted but never did, had to rely on just the landlady due to no help from them. Even till the last day it was a challenge to even get my holding deposit back, they kept on saying "it was with the finance team", delays taking around 2 months and had to even get the holding deposit company involved to get them to take the money and retrieve it off them. This was after we agreed it would be returned within 10 days and after the landlady said the property was fine and we could have the full amount back. Just be aware anyone who chooses to go with them it will be a challenge to get even pennies off them. Targeted at Southampton branch.

Fox and Sons Langley- Disappointing experience. In my experience, my offer was not passed to the vendor for approximately a week after I submitted it. I had to chase them to get a response, to be told two other people were dealing and they would get back to me, they did not I had to chase again and was told they didn’t realise it was my official offer even though I spent thirty minutes in total to them and the reasons why I was submitting that offer! I was subsequently told that the vendor had “chewed their ear” about the level of the offer, and I was left feeling that I was being held responsible for the vendor’s reaction. I was also disappointed that concerns and defects I had raised during the viewing did not appear to be acknowledged in the same way afterwards, being told that vendor said they did not exist, I felt dismissed and gaslighted From my perspective, I would have expected the offer and the information I provided about the property to be communicated promptly and accurately, and for the agent to provide appropriate advice to their client. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I would not choose to use this agent again.

I saw a property that I wanted to view in Central Avenue and unfortunately this estate agent was the only agent. They could not arrange it. They double booked, and wanted to show me a totally different property. When I suggested a morning viewing They suggested an afternoon one. I just gave up. I hope the property goes on sale with someone else.

I live in Newhaven but chose Fox and Sons Peacehaven to be my selling agent based on their reach and great reputation. Good decision! Harassing me with phone calls when iv asked them to stop more than once

I asked fox and sons to come a do a valuation of my late father’s property. I have then been phoned 20times since asking if they can put the property on the market for me. I asked them politely to not phone me any more as it’s on the market with a different estate agent and to take my details of the system. They said they would I have since then received 5 other phone calls from them and each time been told they will take my of the the system. I have had three calls since and each time I have asked not to be phoned and they keep phoning me. It’s getting to the point of harassment now. I would stay clear. They clearly don’t listen to peoples wishes and feel it’s ok to continue to phone someone when they have been asked not to. If only they put the same amount of effort into selling a property ( they had my old house on the market two years and had about three people for viewings. STAY CLEAR
