I have kept an excellent record as a tenant in my previous homes. My experience with Lauren and Binal at the Fox & Sons London Road Southampton was a very terrible one as both representatives kept lieing at every point. At some point I stopped taking verbal communication from them except through emails just to have a proof. They were unprofessional and dodgy in picking calls,so I started to call the sales unit to help put my call through to the lettings unit. Please avoid letting agents of the sort. To before warned is to before harmed.very unprofessional staff, very poor communication.

Callum, Sean & India have been excellent in their communication, high calibre of viewers in a position to move forward. Fox & Sons Peacehaven - A Waste of My Time and an Underhanded Practice I was told about an open day for a bungalow on Saturday, August 16th. I specifically organized my week to attend, only to be called on Friday, August 15th, and told it had already been sold. This is a completely underhanded way of doing business. Advertising a public open day while secretly selling the property to other clients beforehand is a major red flag. It shows a complete lack of respect for my time and suggests the open day was never a real opportunity for potential buyers. Due to this experience, I have no trust in their business practices and will not be buying or selling property with them in the future. Update Thank you for responding, Maggie, but your message doesn’t address the core issue. The problem is not simply “inconvenience”, it’s that Fox & Sons advertised an open day for a property that was already being sold to someone else. That is misleading and wastes people’s time. If this “was not your intention,” then your processes need urgent review to ensure properties are not promoted as available when they are already sold or under offer. Until such changes are visible, I cannot have confidence in your business practices.

Harassing me with phone calls when iv asked them to stop more than once

I asked fox and sons to come a do a valuation of my late father’s property. I have then been phoned 20times since asking if they can put the property on the market for me. I asked them politely to not phone me any more as it’s on the market with a different estate agent and to take my details of the system. They said they would I have since then received 5 other phone calls from them and each time been told they will take my of the the system. I have had three calls since and each time I have asked not to be phoned and they keep phoning me. It’s getting to the point of harassment now. I would stay clear. They clearly don’t listen to peoples wishes and feel it’s ok to continue to phone someone when they have been asked not to. If only they put the same amount of effort into selling a property ( they had my old house on the market two years and had about three people for viewings.
