GoogleThank you to everyone at fox and sons hailsham branch that have helped us to purchase our first home. You are all so friendly and professional. A special thank you to Robyn who has been our mortgage consultant who has taked us through the whole process and answered all the questions we had no matter how silly they were. She has been so helpful and has so much knowledge. I reccomend this branch for advice to help buy or sell a property.

GoogleFox & Sons have been excellent in helping to facilitate the sale of our property in Hailsham. The whole team have been great and informative from start to finish, especially Shannon, Claire and David who ensured we were kept up to date regularly and gave brilliant information and advice on our property search and eventual purchase. The staff have incredible local knowledge and provide an extremely high quality service from start to finish, which made us feel very comfortable and confident when dealing with our property sale which is a huge milestone in anyone’s lives. I honestly can’t thank and rate them highly enough! Thank you all!

Really nice, hardworking people who got the job done faster than I expected after researching into house sales and how long they normally take. GoogleI have recently viewed a couple of properties through Fox and Son and on both occasions Harrison has shown us around.we have a second viewing with him coming up. He is warm and friendly and easy to talk to, but very professional. He has a good knowledge and if there is anything he is not sure of he is happy to find out. He takes time to explain things clearly and doesn’t rush you when viewing. He has always been on time. He has listened and discussed my requirements, so he understands my position. GoogleWhat. can I say but brilliant, brilliant, brilliant. Fox &Sons in halisham were we purchased from. Claire and Shannon were amazing. Although working for our vendors they always were always keeping us informed . Great work ethics. Very professional and always happy to help us . This branch needs reconciliation. These ladies went above and beyond for us . We can't not thank them enough. We finally exchanged on thursday after a extremely long process. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts . We would definitely recommend this estate agency. Well done 👏.

GoogleI called Fox's and Sons to view a property i was interested in, Harrison took the phone call and spent a lot of time talking to me asking me what I was looking for and how they could assist in finding the right property. During the viewing he was very knowledgeable about the property and the area. Extremely positive experience would definitely recommend as they put the customer first and do all they can to help.

GoogleWOW- Even during these difficult times the first day Fox and Sons have 3 scheduled visits planned our property was sold for the maximum amount. Shannon, David and the team have been absolutely wonderful - keeping us in the loop at all times and gone beyond the duties we would have expected - for instance sending the prospective buyers questions to us regularly. GoogleI really only called them to be added to a list if any properties came onto the market that suited my preferences, two weeks of pestering calls later, where they kept on trying to get me to list my property with them, I had to say go away, but maybe not that politely. ** 2 years later I was still getting regular calls from them l, even though I told them several times that I was no longer in the market. I chang3d my number, and 5his time I will never give my number to fox again.

GoogleAbsolutely awful service. Forgot about our offer on a house that was with Fox and Sons, lost us the house. Estate agent had no clue about the property we where viewing! Made us go in for a mortgage appointment before we could view. Even with us having a mortgage in principle! WOULD NOT recommend, disgusted by their customer service. Won’t be using them in the future. We have now found a new property and the process has flown through, using Crane&Co. Wonderful estate agent.
