GoogleThank you to Fox & Sons in hailsham for assisting in the sale of our home. There where some twist and turns along the way in this market, but having the Hailsham branch over seeing everything and managing those bumps made it possible in the end to get to completion. Claire runs a very good branch. Our main individual we worked closely with was Shannon, lovely lady who had to work hard with our sale because right near the end there was a lot of twist and turns, no fault of foxs and sons or us, but I guess that's the market right now. We would like to say a massive thank you to you all especially Shannon. GoogleFrom the first time David came to my home to do an appraisal, I knew that Fox and Sons would be my only choice of Estate Agents to sell my house. They took the pressure off what might have been an anxious time. Shannon was excellent in keeping me informed of progress and dealing with my odd little queries. David was very knowledgeable, patient, respectful and good at putting you at ease. The viewing days were made easier with Kieron showing people around. GoogleMy partner and I recently purchased our first home through Fox and Sons, utilizing their in-house conveyancing service. While our initial experience was satisfactory, we encountered several challenges toward the end of the process and afterward that diminished our overall satisfaction. As first-time buyers, we felt somewhat let down and unsupported, particularly during the final stages and after moving into the property. We recognize that we may have required more guidance than experienced buyers, and regrettably, we cannot recommend Fox and Sons or Muve to others who may need additional support in navigating the home-buying process. Purchasing our first home should have been an exciting milestone, but it has turned out to be quite stressful. While we understand that not all challenges were within Fox and Sons’ control, we believe there were opportunities for improvement that could have significantly enhanced our experience. That said, we would like to acknowledge the exceptional support we received from William, our mortgage consultant, who was outstanding during the early stages of the process.

GoogleHonestly cannot praise these guys enough. Having been let down by an other local agents, Claire, Shannon, David & team came in and saved the day. Our chain was highly complex, and had a number of challenges (it felt like a roller coaster at times, including the moving date changing at the last minute due to Queen Elizabeth II state funeral). The team at Fox and Sons Hailsham went above and beyond each time, smoothed the journey, and smash the sale/service out of the park. Simply, it you want to move/buy in Hailsham or the local area, there is only one place to go! They are legends!
