GoogleEstate Agents have a challenging reputation, but the Fox & Sons Polegate Team smashed any preconceptions out of the park. Kane and his team worked tirelessly to get us an asking price offer, helped complete the chain as well as helping chase solicitors through to completion! You just can’t ask for more! Fox and Sons Polegate - would recommend to friends in a heartbeat!!

GoogleI made a telephone enquiry. .to be advised that the property was stc..although disappointed with the news after my conversation with Ellie I came off the phone more than positive. This lady was able to answer my many questions in a confident and professional manner. Having trained staff in sales management for a high street bank and mystery shopped. ..I can say well done to this member of staff. .although only in the estate agent for a short while she ticked all the boxes

GoogleWe tried to buy a new build from them and we were given the totally wrong information regarding price, plot etc they then more or less said we were lying when we discussed putting an offer of the asking price but later were told 'oh no that one is 20,000 more' but it was the exact house we viewed !!! Which we actually viewed twice - very unprofessional !NegativeProfessionalism

GoogleI was recommended Fox And Sons by a close family member recently as I was buying my first property, and I can say the service was exceptionally good. Our agent Kane worked closely with me and my partner to find the right property and we couldn't be happier with the result. His patience, service and efficiency was at the highest standard and I couldn't recommend him and Fox and Sons Polegate any higher. 5 stars!

Google1 star as there isn't a zero. Booked a valuation, I was sent a text as a reminder. The agent didn't show, no phone call, no apology. 4 days later still no contact from the branch. Very disappointed!!! I will selling with one of the agents who actually turned up . Avoid disappointment, avoid fox and son ☹

FacebookBooked a valuation, received a text as confirmation of this appointment, even received a reminder the day before. The agent failed to show, we waited 45 minutes. No phone call to apologise. Don't think it was me who needed the reminder !! I think we will be using one of the agents who showed up, not Fox & Son ☹️

He was available throughout the entire process and went above and beyond in alleviating any worries or concerns I had as a first time buyer. Would definitely recommend.

GoogleBought Nick French's house. It's everything that we hoped it would be. Re-located from Wallington to Polegate and so glad we did. In truth, if it hadn't of been for Kane Caulfield's drive and enthusiasm I doubt that we would of exchanged so quickly. Great Job.

Manager in branch rude and didnt even turn up for appoinment on time and then told a bare faced lie that he did even when I spotted he turned up 15 minutes late
