Fox & Sons are currently in the process of supporting us purchasing our first home. From the outset they have been incredibly helpful, honest and communicative. The whole team are great - however, I have to single out Annabel - who has provided us with an outstanding service from the very start. She has worked to support 2 very nervous FTB with their many questions and concerns and recommended an incredible broker (Nick R) who helped us acquire a fantastic deal on our mortgage in a rush before rates jumped up. She has also pointed us in the right direction for other services we required and her recommendations have panned out very well for us so far. Annabel is a real credit to the branch. Simon and Gregory, I have never met - but both great on the phone and nothing is ever too much trouble.

I had a very positive experience working with Annabel during my recent property purchase. She was professional, responsive, and extremely helpful throughout the whole process. Annabel was always quick to follow up with the solicitors and kept things moving forward, which made a big difference during what can often be a stressful time. Her communication was clear, and she was always willing to help with any questions or concerns. It is not often you come across an estate agent who is so proactive and supportive from start to finish. I would highly recommend Annabel to anyone looking to buy or sell a property. Our house had already been on the market for 12 weeks with another estate agent before we met with Annabel from Fox and son's. We were feeling dispondant and felt our house would never sell. Annabel was like a breath of fresh air and assured us she could sell our house. Within a week of our house being on the market with Fox and Son's we were offered the full asking price. Annabel at fox and Son's had been true to her word. The team at Fox and Son's then continued to help us with all the rest that comes with selling and buying properties. They advised us on surveyors and solicitors but we never felt pressured into using someone they suggested. The team at Fox and Son's were always at the end of the phone to help us along the way. If they could not answer our question they would find out the answer. If in the future we decided to sell again we would definitely visit Fox and Son's Polegate as their service was 10/10

Simon, Annabel & Team From the very first meeting with Simon, I felt completely at ease about the whole selling process. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made what can be a very overwhelming experience feel manageable. Throughout, he kept me informed and reassured every step of the way. I was then assigned Annabel as my handler, and she was absolutely fantastic. She supported me through all the ups and downs both the happy and stressful moments and was always there when I needed guidance or reassurance. The process itself wasn’t easy, which was no fault of mine or Fox & Sons, but the team truly went above and beyond. They kept me consistently updated, chased when needed, and showed real dedication to getting the sale over the line. My only concern throughout the process was the solicitor firm recommended/used alongside the sale which the buyer was using. Unfortunately, my experience with them was very poor and added a significant amount of stress. Communication was lacking, and at times it felt like there were unnecessary delays, which made the process more difficult than it needed to be. I would strongly suggest Fox & Sons review the solicitors they work with for future sales. That said, the team Simon has built in Polegate is outstanding, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell. Thank you again for everything!

The Polegate team are brilliant , they kept me informed every step of way in the sale of my bungalow. Always very pleasant and polite to talk to.
