From the first valuation I knew that Travis at Fox and Sons Langney branch was going to look after us and do the absolute best he could to secure the right buyer for our property. Travis talked me through the options, and how a professional photographer would take pictures and draw up a floor plan so the most accurate information was available for potential buyers. There were choices along the way, for example whether we wanted a For Sale board up and Fox and Sons market across the different selling sites such as Zoopla and Right Move so we knew our property would reach those potential buyers. He advised us thoroughly about what would happen and when so we didn't have to chase actions up. Travis kept us consistently updated about the progress of viewings and then, our offers. He has been second to none and professional, friendly and informative throughout. I would say a real asset to the team. We were also lucky enough once we found a property to use the services of Teresa, their mortgage adviser who has been top notch in advising us, following up tasks and letting us know expediently where things are in the process; again we have been informed without having to chase up. another real asset to the team at Fox and Sons Langney. We are yet to exchange and complete but so far our experience has been outstanding. Well done Fox and Sons Langney.

When my purchase hit surprise problems, Eddy effectively liaised with the various parties and dealt with difficult personalities, to maintain momentum. When my solicitor executed the exchange of contracts, it failed as it was discovered there was an unreported, late link to the chain. For a start, the team there considered our needs carefully and patiently showed us a range of properties to meet our demanding requirements ! We struck gold with the house we found and after negotiating an accepted offer, the process to purchase began. The team were incredibly helpful throughout the process which encountered several obstacles on the way to completion. But the star of the show is Eddy. Eddy didn’t go the extra mile....... Eddy went an extra lightyear to smooth the bumpy passage of the sale process, often getting involved in things he didn’t have to. And to think that, as buyers, we didn’t pay Eddy and his team a penny. Thank you all so much for your help in getting us moved to our beautiful new house in Sovereign Harbour, especially to Eddy.
