We highly recommend buying through Fox & Sons Langley. Eddy Tate and his team of Chris, George & Harry all provided an excellent professional service and were always easy to reach by phone & very quick to answer emails. Eddy in particular went above & beyond to assist us in our purchase when some problems arose by liaising with our solicitors & the vendor’s solicitors to solve those problems to our satisfaction. Also the local Eastbourne solicitor Eddy recommended proved to an excellent choice. Both Fox & Sons and our solicitors have expert local knowledge of the Sovereign Harbour area which is invaluable. We originally tried to sell with a local independent estate agent. They Were useless, Six weeks and one viewing . We then contacted eddy From Fox & Son, Who Reassured us. Eddy was Amazing. I would recommend him 100%, He couldn’t have done anything better. He laid out What was needed for us and what they would provide in return . The team were incredibly helpful throughout the whole process, from initial discussion to viewings and feedback, they kept us in the loop with clear and consistent communication. In August we moved in our new house, and this is thanks to Nick R. from Fox and Sons. Nick was our mortgage consultant, he was very helpful and was in touch with us all the time, keeping us up to date with everything. Despite the fact that at first we had some problems with our credit score, but it was not our fault, .... when we found out what the problem was, Nick guided us step by step on how to solve the problem and we were accepted by the lenders. We have just used Fox’s and Son’s mortgage services as first time buyers. After having some difficulty with the bank due to a complicated work status and incompetent staff, Nick Romanowski quite literally came to our rescue. He was so helpful, knowledgeable and understanding, he solved our problem so quickly and put our panic at ease. We would use his assistance again in a heartbeat and really wish we had asked for his help sooner, rather than attempting to set up a mortgage on our own. Quality service from a quality agent. Had my flat on the market with another agent and after 6 weeks and 2 viewings I decided to get these guys involved as well. Harry Dyer came over and was great at explaining the process, fees and the plan to sell my place. He explained what they do differently and how proactive they are. Once signed I was passed over to Chris Knight who had me a viewing within a week. From what I gathered from the viewer it was one that Chris had to really convince that seeing my flat was the right move for him. The guy offered there and then and at asking price. 3 months later iv just exchanged and we move in less then a week! Unbelievable work all round and I could thank the guys enough!

This is the third time I have sold a property with Eddy and the team, and also this time was able to purchase with them too. Despite all others in the purchase process being a nightmare, Eddy went above & beyond to keep everything held together and finally achieve completion! He and his team are always professional and friendly, and because they focus on a specific area, are knowledgeable about the local market trends. This knowledge and enthusiasm for what the Langney area offers have been what has tipped my decision to use them each time, and I have not regretted it at any point. Communication throughout the process has also been faultless. I don't intend to be moving again anytime soon but if that did happen then I would not go anywhere else.
