Couldn't ask for a better service, after months of trying and failing with Jacob Steel, Alice and the team acted swiftly and took us on to sell our property and secure the place we wanted. The whole profess has had excellent communication and been swift, couldn't ask for more. Thank you

Zak was a pleasure to work with and thanks to his advance notice of a property that had yet to go on the market fully, I ended up purchasing it. Thanks to the whole team at Cubitt & West for achieving the transaction before the Stamp Duty rise!

The Patcham team led by Eloise is a well oiled and personable machine. We were impressed by Eloise’s openness and honesty, advice, guidance and professionalism throughout the sale process. Eloises’s energy and determination to get things over the line for us were greatly appreciated and made our move to Australia much easier. Thank you to Eloise and the team!

We recently sold our house in Shoreham by Sea with Eloise and her team in Patcham. Eloise has been fantastic securing the asking price in a turbulent market. We had an open day with good footfall through our property and excellent feedback from our viewings. Our buyer came from the open day. Alice and Zack were always cheery and helpful with our enquiries that we made and nothing was too much trouble for any of the team whenever we called. I'd highly recommend them if you are looking to sell.

A big thank you to Eloise, Zac and everyone at Cubitt and West. After almost two years with other agents and no success, a buyer was found in a matter of days. Should have used them from the start! Many thanks, Jan and Mike x

As first time buyers with little information of steps to go about how to buy a property we are thankful for the team at Cubitt and West in Patcham, especially Zak for making it happen for us, whilst going through some stressful periods …

Buying my house through Cubitt & West, was not without hiccups. But Alice (senior sales lady) and her team were fantastic. Whenever I had a problem or felt frustrated, a call to Alice always calmed me and I was always confident the she would do her very best to sort out any problems, with kindness, understanding and professionalism. Always a sign of a good manager is the team around her, her team were also brilliant at helping with any worries or delays that occurred, and solving any holdups. Thank you Alice for your help in stressful times.

Eloise, Alice, Zac, Andrea and the team in Patcham were outstanding when we were selling our home. The market was starting to downturn but they managed to find the perfect buyers for our property. They kept in constant contact and were always very professional and lovely to deal with, and we felt very confident knowing they were on top of things with the conveyancers. Their efforts meant we were able to complete within 2 months! We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Eloise and the Patcham office, and would definitely work with them again.

Where do I start! Cubitt & West we’re amazing from start to finish! Eloise knows how to run a hardworking team! Zak & Alice never hesitated to help with any questions or queries. Zak helped with a lot of the technical side of the process, he was also very polite and positive in any hard situations. He was very knowledgeable. Alice was always happy to help with any problems we faced at a quick pace. Alice was great at helping me with any paperwork I had and was always happy to put the kettle on when coming into the office to help with paperwork. She also helped match my requirements and found a great property for me which went through in just a few months. Eloise was brilliant from start to finish with getting the sale through in the time frame I was working towards. Eloise was very professional and knowledgeable with any questions I had. Thank you to the whole team at Patcham Cubitt & West. Would highly recommend Tom.

I recently sold my house through Cubitt and West in Patcham. Eloise and her team were very professional, friendly and helpful throughout the process. Alice was a delight, always upbeat, she often went over and above to facilitate a great relationship between myself and the buyer which kept everyone fully engaged. Although we hit a couple of bumps in the journey, as is common, she was reassuring and comforting, finding solutions to keep the show on the road. Highly recommended.

Cubitt & West were the third agents we approached. We had two differing estimates regarding the value of our property. C&W went higher still. It was not the valuation that persuaded us but the positive ‘can do’ attitude of Eloise. She was true to her word. We achieved £9,000 more than we expected. When we hit problems and it looked like we would not complete before our mortgage offer ran out C&W pulled out all the stops. We got the deal done in 8 weeks! We thought that was phenomenal. C&W at Patcham are a great team, thank you Eloise, Zak and Alice for your efforts. We would thoroughly recommend you to friends and family. Thank you, Jim Coats and Suzie Wainman

My experience with Cubitt & West has always been good, I have found everyone to be very helpful. However, my most recent experience with Zak, far exceeded my expectations. Zak’s approach and help has been above and beyond, in the recent purchase of my new home. Thank you Zak, you have been amazing.

I was fortunate earlier this year to find a home in Patcham, which in huge part was thanks to Alice Brace and the local team at Cubitt & West, who from our first meeting kept communication and information flowing to vendor and solicitors, and ultimately helped the exchange happen, even though there were complications which could have scuppered the deal with lesser agents. I would heartily recommend them - for property sales and lettings.

A big thank you to the Patcham Branch for making a somewhat stressful process bearable. Eloise and her team Alice And Zak were professional, knowledgeable and respectful at all times. They were a pleasure to work with and I would not hesitate in using them again if selling my property. We now think of them as friends and will stay in touch. I look forward to catching up with them all soon.

We have nothing but praise for the Cubitt and West team of Eloise, Alice and Charlotte. They have all managed out publicity, our viewings and our sale professionally and efficiently. We have been kept up to date at all times and they have done everything possible to ensure we got the best price possible for our property. As a consequence, we have already recommended to our friends who have also had a very positive experience and have sold their property through Eloise and her team. If you need to sell your house, this is the perfect team to do so.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

In my search for a property Zak at the Patcham branch was very pro active. He always sent me details of anything new or coming up which he thought might be of interest. He would then update me on any I had previously viewed that had been reduced. Zak was always polite, patient and enthusiastic.

I have been throughly pleased with the service Eloise has provided during the sale of my property. Being new to the process I needed things explained in lots of detail! From the contracts to answering my many email queries, Eloise is professional and goes above and beyond to help. Everyone told me this would be one of the most stressful times in life selling a house. It has been made so much easier due to Eloise and her amazing team.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

I must agree with the other reviews that I read when I accessed this site that Eloise and her team in this branch of Cubitt and West give a fabulous customised service to both buyers and sellers. Whilst searching for my next home in Brighton I have mainly dealt with Alice who has been superb. She is always efficient, friendly and takes the time with potential buyers to understand the type and style of property they require. She provides exactly the right advice, suggesting which properties are most sensible to view and then conducts those viewings professionally, with enthusiasm and a smile. The Cubitt and West team has kept me up to date with the progression of any offer I make and, as I type, I have my fingers firmly crossed that I will hear very soon that I am the purchaser selected to buy what I would really love as my next home. Whether I am successful with the purchase of this particular property or not my immense thanks go to all of this Cubitt and West team.

So my history of dealing with estate agents was shattered when I met Eloise. Years of buying property and selling and having to deal with people who just don't care or get it and then WOW. Not only did she call to check everything was on schedule and accept me being slightly late, but Eloise took the time to get me, what i wanted and what I was trying to do. She was professional and went through all the contracts and details with me and had buyers in mind for all bar one of my properties (cladding issue). We met with Eloise several times on different properties and in each case she was more proactive than the other agents and knew the area. If anyone is looking to sell then I would recommend Eloise and her colleagues at Patcham Cubitt and West. The service from Eloise was first rate and the rest of the team are also a delightful bunch. Cant wait to do more with you, thank you so much Simon B
