I wanted to come on here to say what a brilliant service we are getting from Zak Coombs in the Patcham office in our search to find our new home. He goes above and beyond, squeezing viewings in for us in a crowded diary. He is creative and thoughtful when showing us houses that need a lot of work. He is extremely driven, hardworking and motivated. He sends me more properties than any other agent I am registered with. He is a pleasure to work with and professional and considerate. He is a real credit to your company. Many thanks Zak! I hope we find the right one with you! Charlotte and Paul

I recently sold my home through Patcham cubbit and west and worked closely with Zak throughout the process. Zak was consistently professional, supportive, and genuinely thoughtful. What really stood out was how caring he was during the viewings - not just about the property, but about my cat's safety and comfort as well. Zak kept me updated at every stage, made sure viewings were well- organised, and always took the time to check in with me. His attention to detail and his kindness made a potential stressful experience feel much easier. I'm really grateful for all Zaks help and would happily recommend him to anyone looking for an estate agent who brings enthusiasm and goes the extra mile, thanks Zak.

In a word AWESOME. Eloise and Zak were always there for me offering support, guidance and expertise at every stage of the selling process. As superb a team as you would ever want to get your sale completed in today's complex upsy downsy market. Let's not forget the importance of their tactful and helpful dealings with the buyer, speeding and smoothing the way to a successful and happy result for both parties. Congratulations team and C&W.

I have dealt extensively with estate agents over the past year and was once an agent myself. Brighton and Hove have many different agencies, but Cubitt and West stands out, particularly thanks to Zac, who is a tremendous asset to the company and the industry. I found myself in a bit of a panic after my purchase fell through with another agency. I called Zac at 5 PM, and he spoke to me like a genuinely kind and caring person, rather than just a salesperson. He did everything he could within the hour to arrange viewings for that day and provide me with as many options as possible. Zac stayed late to show me around and even charged my phone! He was sympathetic to my situation, and I truly appreciated his kindness, time, and authenticity, which is rare in this industry. Cubitt and West, you really have a gem in Zac! Thank you, Zac!

It was a pleasure working with Cubitt & West in Patcham. From the start of the process speaking with Zak he was very helpful with arranging viewings and providing any information needed on the properties. Zak and Elosie were super helpful with my offer and managed to get this sale through in a quick time frame. Alcie was also great with helping with the sales process with any questions I had. I would highly recommend this team in Patcham for buying or Selling.

We had to write this review for Zac because he has been absolutely incredible from start to finish when buying our property. He was so invested in us and went above and beyond to help us secure the perfect home for us. His communication was always so thorough and fast and there was always so much reassurance and care taken when talking to us. He squeezed in late viewings to allow us to view the property and seemed to do this without too much trouble. Everything has been seamless in the process and we couldn’t have asked for any more from Zac. Highly recommend Cubit and West Patcham and a huge thanks goes out to everyone involved; especially Zac!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Zac and his team at Cubitt & West during my home-buying journey, and I couldn't be more grateful for their professionalism and support. They made what can often be a daunting experience feel incredibly straightforward and manageable. From our first meeting to the final steps of the process, everything has gone smoothly, and I genuinely appreciate their guidance along the way. I'm excited to be moving into my new home in Brighton in just a few weeks, and I owe much of that excitement to Zac and his dedicated team. Highly recommend their services to anyone looking to buy a home!

We recently purchased a house via Cubitt. Alice, Zak, & Eloise were great. Alice and Zak went above and beyond to help get our sale over the line when the solicitors had slowed down. Zak also got us into see a property we were set on so we could get a early offer in late on a Friday evening where I bet he would have liked to be anywhere else. I sadly cannot give 5 stars as a member of the sales progression team, AA, performed very poorly and provided no value to advancment of our purchase. Overall I would reccomend Cubitt. Thanks Team.

Alice has been really lovely and enthusiastic every time we speak by phone or in person, however a huge recognition and appreciation goes to Zak who worked late in order to accommodate 3x evening viewings back to back for us after our work schedule to make life stress free for us!

Alice Brace has been absolutely fantastic in helping us searching for houses. She guided us through the process, replied to any questions we had (very quickly), and supported us through all the steps, including making an offer. Liam Lee advised us on the Mortage process in a very dedicated way, we are so very grateful to both of them!!! Highly recommend this agency, very efficient and high quality work!

Having worked with Cubitt and West on previous property transactions and now considering another, I feel compelled to commend their unwavering dedication, support, and determination in helping us find the right property. Despite my limited expertise in property matters and dealing with estate agents, my recent experiences have certainly shaped my expectations for effective communication. Cubitt and West's attention to detail in this regard has been especially noteworthy. Zak has been exceptional in managing my expectations and deserves a medal for his ongoing positivity, Eloise always calls back and communicates very effectively.. I can't thank them all enough for their patience.

Cubitt and West generally are a fantastic agency and we recently had Zak helping us with our search for a new property. Zak was fantastic and went above and beyond to keep us informed with new properties that met our criteria. He is a very knowledgeable agent and we found his services to be invaluable. Highly recommend Zak if you're looking for properties around the patcham area!

Cubitt and west have been amazing with the selling of my property. They have talked me through every step and even sat with me, helping me fill out forms when I wasn't sure. A huge thanks, especially to zac and eloise who have been available for every question, every worry and kept an incredibly stressful process relatively stress free. Their kindness and patience throughout has been second to none (even when i have missed meetings or turned up to the wrong place). Can't recommend highly enough.

I’ve been looking for a house in Brighton for a couple of years now and I called Cubitt & West to view a house. I had a great chat with Zak and he arranged an afternoon of viewings with me. I spent the morning viewing houses from another agency and Zak’s line up of properties were poles apart. All of Zak’s recommendations were in my criteria and serious contenders for purchase. A most impressive understanding of the client’s needs. To say the least, I came back the next day to further review one of his choices and I put an offer in that day. I’m most impressed with the service from Cubitt & West in Patcham and a special shout out goes to Eloise for support on the trials and tribulations of the purchasing process. Great team, much respect.

A great service from C&W at Patcham. Zak was a star, tenacious and just kept looking to find us the house we wanted….we were very fussy but this didn’t phase him. We got our perfect property! Because of this we’re now selling ours through C&W and a great service so far.

Alice was absolutely amazing. She went above and beyond not only for her own client but also for myself. She consistently chased the chain and got everyone in line in order to progress to completion. My move would not have gone as smoothly if it wasn’t for Alice. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Cubitt and West Patcham as I’ve honestly had such a pairings experience with them. A wonderful team who can’t do enough to support you (especially Alice) Lisa
