GoogleTheir agent didn't turn up at the viewing appointment. When I called them to find out whats going on, Didn't even apologise on the phone, kept asking if I want to rebook the viewing!!! Also they ask too many irrelevant questions on the phone. They push you to use their mortgage advisor and solicitor.
