We looked around at several estate agents to carry out our house sale. The Cubitt & West branch at Woodingdean (special thanks to Steve Champ and his team) were by far the best with their experience and knowledge of property in the area, leading to a very quick and stress free sale!

We were happy working with them until... "push came to shove". We had our suspicions, but some months later we found out for a fact we were lied to, thanks to Land Registry. They would lie to the customer and ignore explicit instructions without batting an eyelash just to wrap the sale.NegativeProfessionalism

Steve and Sarah at the Woodingdean office were excellent throughout the sale of our property. We had a high number of viewings and the final sale price was close to their original estimate when we were choosing agents. We also purchased a property through them and the whole process was competed within a short timescale.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

A few things that Steve at Cubitt in Woodingdean did for us- lied through his teeth.... was completely unresponsive....got us unrealistic offers.....wasted lots of our time.... THEN....we called time on him, after a year of mucking about, and within TWO WEEKS got a solid buyer through another local Woodingdean agency, a really professional company...genuinely the nicest estate agents you will ever meet. Trust worthy and easy to deal with and no drama... which is just what you need when selling a house!NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

We was listed with king and Chasemore for 4 Months and did not get one viewing. The team located within the Woodingdean branch of Cubit & West had my house sold in under a week. They also was extremely helpful throughout the whole process, I couldn't have had a better experience selling a property.
