I had a very disappointed experience with Cubitt and West Letherhead. Whilst they represented the vendor, we continually found that miscommunication caused issues between all parties. We never got the feeling they were prepared to go the extra mile and unsurprisingly the sale fell through due to miscommunication.Since the sale has fallen through no explanation was given.A disappointing experience.

I have recently let a property through Cubitt and West and the experience so far has been really good. Ciaran in particular is very helpful and always on hand to answer any questions. Even if he doesn’t know the answer there and then, he will endeavour to find out and come back to me promptly.

The office in Worthing presented us with false updates on our selling, and kept avoiding contact with us for 2 weeks just to protect the buyers'side in the deal. Very poor experience overall.
