We bought the new property at Shirley sales office. We were very impressed with the friendly welcome every time we visited the sales office. The sales lady gave us professional advice. Cynthia had a good memory of our case and upgrade decisions. We seldom found her making mistakes on the documents. She was also presenting excellent customer service and attitudes. She was the best sales lady we had ever met.

Our house is due to be completed at the end of March. Since reserving the house the whole team have been fantastic. The sales team have been really helpful and supportive. Never delt with a company who are so helpful they could have done nothing more to make buying a new house possible for us honestly believe if we were dealing with another company this move not have been possible as the accommodated us in every possible way where I'm sure other companies would have not. If anyone is looking at buying a new home Charles church is a must

We have moved into our new home on Harland Park within the exact timeframe given to us at our reservation in August. I am very pleased with the quality of the fixtures and fittings and the landscaping and planting is also excellent. A few minor snagging details to sort out but for us the whole process has gone incredibly smoothly and the team have provided excellent customer service.
