Houses are built cheaply. Corners cut in a lot of areas.They are very keen to obtain a deposit and make you complete within 30 days. However houses not fully finished and 2 months later still chasing the site manager to attend to the 7 day inspection form. Issues with the front door lock, still havent received our bins! No sense of urgency in getting things sorted. Especially once you complete!

Poor after sale service. I don't recommend! We bought our house at Wynyard Estate, and we have been emailing them the fixtures list and the customer service rep is not bothered. She keeps telling me when someone is free will knock your door! We moved end of August and now we are in Feb (almost) and the list remains the same.
