Hi Lee, I have checked our log and we clearly advised you immediately that the landlord was not willing to accept a dog at this property. You asked whether they would reconsider so we of course reached out to the landlord in order to assist you. They did not respond for 48 hours, however as soon as we did receive a response with the same reply, we came back to you straight away to advise.
You may have been frustrated with the landlords decision, but I hardly think that this situation warranted the review that you decided to leave.
As you will see, our reviews speak for themselves. Kindly remove this review as it has no bearing on the service that we provide to our customers.

I have been used Mode Letting and David for 7 years now. I have found David extremely friendly and helpful. David has helped take the stress out of managing my properties. It is always easy to contact him, and any issues are dealt with ease and quickly. I’m always remind me when gas safety tests, etc are due and efficiently manages the process for me. Update: We have been using Mode Letting to manage 3 properties for a couple of years now. We changed to Mode because the high street agency we were using was not giving us value for money. Mode have a genuine connection with us and their professionalism and experience has managed us through an awkward period with a tenant to a satisfying outcome for all parties.
