Good service

There was good communication between the agent and ourselves. They were able get plenty of viewings for our property resulting in it being sold.

Anyone who is looking for a friendly, professional and honest agency should use Stratton Creber at Looe. In our search for a property, Lauren Ford was outstanding; she was efficient, quick to respond and dynamic and I would like to thank her for all her hard work which helped us enormously.PositiveProfessionalism

I would highly recommend Stratton creber, Looe. My father (82) has just sold through them and they were brilliant! We mainly dealt with Carla, who was very professional but also very sensitive to dad's needs, helping to keep an eye on him for us while making the process as easy as possible. Fab and caring, excellent combination!

They were a pleasure to deal with and were always friendly and professional. We cannot thank them enough for all of their help and support.

Disappointed

I recently completed the sale of my property at Bodmin through Stratton Creber and felt compelled to leave an honest account of my experience.

Carla was a pleasure to meet recently. Friendly and accommodating when weather impacted on travel. She cleverly listened to what I wanted and made some sensible property suggestions. Real asset due to her local knowledge and personality.

Martin and Lauren have built very responsive and professional relationships with myself and my partner through what has been an emotional time selling a much loved family home. Its a very hectic market right now, but they have remained calm and knowledgeable throughout and kept the whole process moving smoothly. We would highly recommend Stratton Creber Looe.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

PADSTOW agency where totally useless no clue what each other were doing. They went through 3 managers in the space if 6 months. Nobody ever called us we had to do all the calling. This eventually led to losing our buyer. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND them to anyone. If I could give 0 rating I would.
