GoogleThe East Kilbride branch do not respond to complaints from residence regarding their tenants. They leave nuisance, theatening tenants in properties after multiple anti-social behaviour complaints. Had to tick one star in order to post but they really should be minus.
Hello Cathie, I understand your frustration from that time when the tenant in the flat we managed was causing trouble, I can assure you that we done everything legal we could possibly do to bring the tenancy to a swift end, We would have loved to simply have moved the tenant out immediately but unfortunately the law dictates we have to go through processes first. I do hope in recent times your opinion of our company has changed and your new neighbours have settled well into the lovely well kept block.
