The Property Store was recommended to me by a professional in the industry, and the service I have received has been first class. All of the workers are extremely knowledgeable and all have gone above and beyond in order to provide what I would describe as a first in class service from start to finish.
My property had a let agreed within 3 days and a tenant move in within 2 weeks!
As I am so impressed with The Property Store, I am looking to both add a further new property with them and move an existing property from a different letting agent to them in 2021.

If you are looking for an easy, stress free, organised experience then look no further. The staff are extremely friendly, share great communication skills and are ontop of the whole planning, viewings and getting your home report organised. June came to visit our home and straight away made me feel so relaxed about the whole selling/moving process. From start to finish I was updated with viewing dates, feedback and what was required to move forward with the sale of our house. I'd highly recommended the Propert Store if your looking for a professional yet personal and friendly experience.

GoogleWe had bad experiences with other letting agents in East Kilbride, but Property store have been great with us. We got our documentation into them and our tenancy was sorted out within a day or so, which was ideal as we were in a real rush to move and really wanted the house we went for. Everyone is really friendly, and have always been happy to help whenever we asked for anything. We thought checking out of the property was hassle free, and had no grief getting our deposit back, which is always a bit of a worry with some landlords. Would absolutely recommend property store to anyone renting in the area. It's a pity we weren't with them from the first time we moved to East Kilbride. Thanks so much everyone.

GoogleUnfortunately, though I gave the agency a 5 star review before, after going through the check out process I changed it to 2 stars.
I can't fault the agency for the speediness of the renting process, they are fast and, compared to previous experiences, not fussy.
As a tenant I was also happy with their services. When the washing machine broke they arranged a fast service repair, when my window needed repair they were fast again...and as a nod to the workmen, they left NO mess.
But when checking out it's a different story. They found a lot of faults that were not our responsability, starting with the mould on the windows seals which were already like that when we moved in, with pictures attached in the inventory. After pointing that out the landlady was apparently happy to consider the photographs below of the window seals. The blind in the kitchen was installed in front of the window not above it, so it was falling quite often. Of couse it got dirty because if fell on the dishes in the sink and of couse it was our fault.
We did take responsability for what was our fault, like the drawing on the walls made by our daughter, but apparently we should have protected the flat from mould in our absence as well (because we moved out early and signed a key return declaration stating it does not constiture acceptance of an early termination of tenancy and so we were still liable).

FacebookThe Property Store are a fantastic TEAM , who take care of all your needs and keep in touch to deliver a well maintained home. This past weekend WE had a leak in our hallway, and after contacting Martin @ the EAST Kilbride office he immediately put forward a plan of action.
Matthew , the contracted plumber visited on the same day and was professional, friendly and carried out an assessment within several minutes. He had the task completed in a short period of time and when he left informed us of the next course of action last evening.
This morning Martin advised his colleague Fiona would in fact deliver a humidifier, which now is plugged in and working its magic. I have met Fiona several times and each visit she brings a lovely smile and offers 100% satisfaction to the upkeep maintenance for our home.
My Son Kyle and I are very happy no damage has been done and that the service was immediate
