GoogleWe had been renting for about 4 years prior to dealing with Bensons, they are by far the worst company we have ever dealt with. They even tried to illegally charge us an administrative charge. Save yourself a lot of hassle and never rent from these people. If you do decide to rent with them, make sure you get everything in writing/emailed.

GoogleI found Bensons to be incredibly professional. They are responsive and easy to talk to. Whenever I had an issue, they were on hand to resolve it, even out of hours on many occasions which is unheard of in letting agent property management. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to other tenants and landlords alike.

GoogleI used Samantha at Bensons to sell my house, it went perfectly and I was always kept in the loop. I was new to this and the service I received was exceptional. I would recommend them. Nothing was ever a problem and I could contact them anytime and receive a quick response. Excellent 5 star service at all times.

GoogleDo not trust them. First they wanted me to pay electric bill for previous days. I got the flat very dusty and dirty. I report them they did nothing and I have to clean someone else mess. I reported them one of radiator broken. After 6 months later i moved out it was still broken.

GoogleSold my last 2 properties with Bensons, both sold within a matter of days. Excellent service, friendly helpful staff who were very efficient. They had our property on the market really quickly and did all the viewings for us, we didn't have to do a thing. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again, would highly recommend.

GoogleHave been using Bensons’s for many years now and will continue to do so I can highly recommend them. They provide Detailed inventories which is invaluable, they also have good advertising coverage for properties and overall provide a very responsive service to prospective tenants.

GoogleAvoid and use another estate agent if possible .Never return calls or emails ,tell you lies to your face .Just awful to deal with .They forget they are there to provide a service to tenants and seem to think they are superior to anyone they deal with .
