After finding a property with them I was told about the fees but when I paid them and wanted to pay the deposit and first moth's rent I was told there was another fee bringing it to £650. What is more they sold my personal data to Spark Energy and changed my energy supplier to Spark energy without mine or my landlord's consent.

Poor service at Fakenham. Took house of market mistakenly. Our buyer only got it by insisting they contact me.Pressured to accept a risky bid.Once under offer, no contact. They never bothered to chase and update etc. I had to chase them. Very poor.I would not use again.

Very unprofessional agent. Initially mentioned to me that a viewing needs to be rescheduled as the tenant wasn’t home, rescheduled to the next day. Next day she does not answer calls and when I reach the location I find no one is available. The following day the house is listed as Let agreed. Waste of time dealing with an agency like this.

I had a viewing booked for a property. I was the first person looking to view the property. They then called me up a day after and told me I could not view the property due to someone having corona virus however within a few days of them cancelling the viewing the house is suddenly sold.

Do not use this estate agent unless you thrive on stress, enjoy being lied to and can wait for months to move house. They are incompetent and inefficient and so are their dedicated conveyancing companies. When looking for an estate agent go by recommendations, there are good ones out there you just have to be patient and take the time to find them.

Do not use the in house solicitors. They have not once spoken to me. They send impersonal emails and lie about the delay (I know the seller). 3 months and counting for a cash buy. Outrageous

Awful from the start! Shocking Communication, terrible attitude towards customers and tried to over charge us. We even had to contact directors as the branch was not communicating. A regional manager called and said they would email to confirm they would carry out what they promised. The email was not forthcoming and then we could not contact this person again. AVOID!

Ignored my enquires, never called back when I was assured they would. Also led round houses and applied for said houses only to find that they’d already been let when I came to paying the holding deposit. Constantly disappointed with their lack of communication and clarity. Their only success was leading on stressed out students.

Using high pressure sales tactics to sell property,speak to a sales advisor asking how much the morgage is as part of a question & answer process.Then after a few weeks of property being listed constantly asking to lower price coming out with all sorts of pure BS to why you should,not suprisingly to get the 2+% comission only my opinion obviously.

GoogleA good and honest service. WHB helped us buy a property but we really wish we'd sold with them as well. They were very helpful during the coordination of the purchase with solicitors and always available on the end of the phone.

I wish I had read the Trust Pilot reviews. Absolutely terrible service. They are so unhelpful and will only speak to you when they are chasing your money. Completely incompetent and condescending, patronising staff. Despite their multiple mistakes, instead of owning up and apologizing, they try to shift the blame to you. Extortionate fees for unreliable and terrible service. AVOID.

I received a very poor service by all the staff, in the purchase of my home with little or no communication. I wasn't even provided a courtesy phone call or email that the sale is now complete. I experienced underhand sales techniques. I do not recommend this Estate Agent for either buying or selling your home.

Called the norwich office last may to arrange to view 2 houses. The guy on the phone quizzed me about the areas I was looking at as he didnt want to waste his time with me. I bought a house a month later through another estate agent. Far too aggressive and contemptuous.

Shipley branch wouldn’t even let us VIEW any properties that they had for sale without an AIP. Fair enough qualifying an offer but not letting us view anything was embarrassing. The buyers of today are the sellers of tomorrow and I certainly won’t be selling with William H Brown

As a landlord these agents are almost impossible to get hold of. Emails go unanswered so problems drag on for weeks. The hotline is always busy and I gave up trying after several hours wasted. Avoid like the plague.
