GoogleEmma was great at sorting all the details with our rental contract. Any teething problems with moving into a new house she dealt with super quick and efficiently. Nothing was too much trouble. I would highly recommend renting through Thomas Childs and dealing with Emma.

GoogleFriendly, efficient, and really straightforward for the initial rental process. Maintenance however, I moved in August and requested instruction on my heating/hot water controls. 3 months later and I've been left to figure this out for myself and incurred hefty utility bills as a result.

Attention to detail, and prepared to go the extra mile, to ensure a top class customer experience. We had quite a logistically complex and somewhat difficult sale/purchase chain. Kerry maintained excellent communucations and made the whole process as strees free as she possibly could. Highly recommended.
