I can’t thank Alex enough for dealing with everything so quickly, professionally and with such a kind caring attitude. Responds very quickly to any query, and gives complete peace of mind. 5 stars isn’t enough, I would highly recommend Henry Adams in Storrington, they care about you as a person and are just outstanding.

This was not a positive experience for…

This was not a positive experience for us. Although communication was polite, there was no real assessment of our situation. After explaining that I have rented the same property for over 15 years with a perfect payment history, the focus was placed almost entirely on rigid criteria such as requiring a UK guarantor or 6, 12 months’ rent upfront. As a result, there was no realistic way to proceed, despite our long-term stability and full-time employment. While I continue to receive automated property listings, there was no meaningful support or willingness to consider our circumstances on an individual basis at the time we actively needed help. This approach may work for applicants who fit a very narrow profile, but for long-term, reliable tenants with real-life situations, it felt inflexible and discouraging.

Be careful when moving out

They were great when moving in but when it came to moving out tried to make outrageous claims from the deposit and then quickly backed down when it went to dispute. Take lots of photos and evidence would be my advice!!!! Also left us 5 days with water coming through the ceiling!!

I have used Henry Adams Letting Agent at Storrington for approximately 12 years for the letting and finding of new tenants for my property. Recently my flat was vacated. Alex Bush of the Storrington office speedily found new tenants. During the last few months Alex has been most helpful, friendly and efficient at the same time professional. Along with the manager James Riley they provide a well organised ,competent and caring team that I would highly recommend without any hesitation.

Really disappointing experience with Henry Adam trying to sell our property. On three occasions, we've not heard back, despite direct emails and follow up emails. Told it due to a system error. Needless to say we wouldn't recommend this agent for a consistent communication, which is critical if selling your property.

Amazing service from Alex, complete stand out help.

What a brilliant letting agency, easily the best i have interacted with. Alex from the Storrington branch couldn't have been more of a help. Out of all of the agencies we spoke to, and all the agents we dealt with Alex was stand out wonderful. This could have been a very stressful time for us as we have a slightly unique financial situation but he made us feel so optimistic, and helped at every opportunity. He was an absolute delight to speak to and I honestly don't think there is anything he could have done to make this a smoother process, completely stand out service. Thank you so much for your kind and helpful correspondence and overall cheerful manner throughout, sending us properties and keeping us in mind. Great Experience

We had a great experience with Henry Adams when renting a property, Alex Bush at the Storrington branch was friendly, approachable and kept us up to date with everything we needed to know. Henry Adams in general felt very different to the norm with letting agents who usually couldn't care less and just build up as many random fees as possible. We even got a cute little welcome box with some treats in and a card which I felt was a lovely touch. Our experience was a breeze from start to finish and we would definitely use Henry Adams again.

Well, what can we say! If we could give the whole sales team at Henry Adams Selsey 50 stars, we would! They held our hand through the rough patches we experienced in selling our bungalow, (no fault of theirs, just the general public’s flippant attitude towards everything nowadays it seems!), and they supported us through to a very satisfactory conclusion. They also went above and beyond with their customer service towards us, in checking our empty property was ok after several storms, collecting post, taking meter readings for us etc etc. They really put our minds at rest whenever we had any worries or issues. We can’t recommend them highly enough! If you are looking for brilliant customer service, from a trustworthy, empathic team, you won’t go far wrong in giving Kev, Matt or Tracy a call at Henry Adams, Selsey.
