Amazing service from start to finish…

Amazing service from start to finish from Abby Tallack. We are a family relocating from abroad after 8 years and have received 5 star service throughout. Our situation was a little complicated and at every step, the communication was spot on. Abby managed to get our keys within a week of first showing interest. Nothing was too much trouble. If Abby ever leaves this profession id have zero hesitation employing her. She is a total credit to this company who now shine far brighter than others we have 'engaged' with. I wont name them.. But not answering phones? Not replying to emails? Being cut off.. Etc etc Cubitt and especially Abby are to be trusted, endorsed and have given my wife and I total confidence and peace of mind.

Fantastic team at Southsea branch

Couldn’t be happier with the service we received from Maddison, Angel, Martha and Amelia at the Southsea branch. From the get go they were really sensitive about what we wanted and understood the emotion that can come with selling a house - always having our feelings at the centre of the whole process. Pulborough Cubitt and west amazing!! After selling my house within 24 hours, I was very stressed trying to find a house and looking at about 30/40 houses! One person in particular Kirsty the sales manager! It was almost impossible to get viewings around myself and my partners shift work! Very fast at emailing back and answering even the most stupid of questions without problem! And she done in without any hesitation! She’s amazing and the staff had been amazing, she almost took the stress out of it all, and she found us our dream home! Fantastic Customer Service

We recently sold my mother’s house through Cubitt and West in Peacehaven. As my mother has lived in the same property for over 40 years, it was really important that we found the right agents to sell her house.We initially met with Anne the Branch Manager, who was very thorough and talked us through the process of advertising the house. My mother was very nervous about selling initially but Anne managed to put her at ease and we listed the property with confidence Taylor and Michael arranged all the viewings on my mother’s home. Once again the customer service and communication here was excellent. They both kept us constantly updated throughout the process on the times potential buyers would be viewing the house. They also ensured all aspects of the visit were Covid safe.After only two weeks we got some firm offers on the house. On this aspect, Anne and the team negotiated brilliantly on our behalf, and clearly explained the position of the potential buyers to me and my mother, and advised us on the best route to take.Karen the Sales Progressor was there for advice throughout the whole process, dealing with questions from our buyer, talking to the buyer’s solicitor and our own solicitior and also answering our own questions. Karen’s communication was excellent and was able to able to answer some more in-depth questions which was really reassuring to both me and my mother. Karen was also able to push the sale forward and liaise with the solicitors, when it felt like things were not moving forwards.The whole experience with Cubitt and West has been brilliant, and I wouldn’t have any hesitation in using them again to sell my own home or referring friends and family.

From start to finish, Rebecca Hull has been communicative, efficient, knowledgable and given superb service. The original viewing was excellently presented and Rebecca's advice to speak to James Wrigley proved invaluable to securing the property.It was due to his expertise I was able to borrow the money I needed to be able to afford the property.After having the offer accepted, I have felt Rebecca has done everything in her power to push things along and I am very grateful to her for such professionalism.I could not have completed with her tenacity and knowledge helping me along the way. Super experience from start to finish

We recently purchased a flat marketed by this estate agent, they were very professional and made the whole experience positive. From the first point of contact we made to organise a viewing through to exchange, it has been remarkably smooth. This was down to the staff being efficient and following up on things. They kept us in touch throughout which I appreciated. Compared to a previous experience with a property sale this was different class. Ebba, Jasmine and Karen were particularly helpful but overall, it felt like a well oiled machine! If we ever sell our new property they will be my first port of call.

Positive flat renting experience

I very rarely, if ever give 5 stars for experiences, but I think it is deserved on this occasion. Madi in the Brighton branch provided an excellent service throughout my flat renting process. She was efficient, quick to respond to communications and very professional. As an example - on the agreed date, I was quite early arriving to pick up the keys to the property. Nevertheless, Madi was still very accomodating.On a slight tangential note - I enjoyed the welcome box Cubitt and West provided me with too when I moved into the property. It was a nice touch. Our sales progressor Karen Fogarty has been so supportive and helpful and always been there when we need her and very efficient at sorting out any problems we've encountered. All the staff at our local branch have been very helpful and we've mainly delt with Angela Brett who has also been very efficient and helpful and has always made us feel confident that we are in good hands. It's been a long process as we've needed to get our lease extension before our sale. We recently purchased two houses, one from Cubitt & West and one from another estate agency. My experience with Cubitt & West was a cut above the rest and a very different level of service. They were attentive, friendly and professional; I couldn’t have wished for a better experience. Through the whole process, Mo and Julie made sure I was happy with everything and helped enormously with communications between myself and the vendor. This experience has highlighted to me how important it is to find the right estate agent that’s not only attentive to the vendor but also prospective buyers to make the process a smooth transaction for both parties. On the day of completion, we happened to be away. Mo from Cubitt & West was kind enough to collect the keys and inspect the property for us. He also followed up with photos and arranged for his rental department to advertise the property. Marcus and Abbie phoned, clearly explained the process offering very competitive rates. Within four days, they found a great tenant. I couldn’t be more grateful for everyone’s exceptional customer services and hard work. I would highly recommend Cubitt & West for anyone looking to buy, sell or rent their property.
