TrustpilotValuation for insurance
Ellie was very professional even knowing we just needed a valuation for insurance purposes and not for selling. She was thorough with her research prior to the visit and even had the details from when I bought the house through them. Would highly recommend.

GoogleI viewed a few properties through Cubitt and West. Claire was amazing and gave me all the advice I needed. Matt Cailean and Safiya took me round some properties and they were all amazing too. What a great team. I did not end up buying a house through them but were my favourite agent by a mile.
Hello Katherine, Thank you for your kind review - we will pass this on to the team! We're always here to help you move forward on your property journey. Thanks again, Cubitt & West East Grinstead Estate Agents

TrustpilotA great job
From start to finish they were great. They responded quickly to all my questions, listened to what I wanted to achieve and got the house on the market on boxing day and completed on 13th February for the asking price. Professional, efficient and friendly. Great job; thanks Andy for listening to me; Samara for keeping me in the picture and Julie Bramble who pulled it all together and got a very fast completion. Thanks to all the team.
Hi Elaine,Thank-you for your kind words about our Southsea team including Andy, Samara and our Sales Progressor, Julie! I will be sure to pass your comments along.Kind regards,Neil PiperSenior Operations DirectorCubitt & West

TrustpilotJulie bramble
Julie bramble, was extremely helpful throughout a very difficult sale of our home. We had the worlds most difficult buyers but Julie was very patient with me calling regularly for updates and tried her best to get our buyers and their solicitors to complete things in a reasonable time frame.

TrustpilotFantastic Selling Experience
Fantastic Selling Experience - From the moment Sayde entered our home we knew he was the right agent for us, He was polite and professional and spoke with such passion about how he would be marketing our home and was really interested in listening to all the finer details so these could be passed onto any prospective buyers. We were kept informed throughout the whole process and felt confident we would have a smooth transaction. Sayde really is an asset to the company and I would not hesitate to use Cubitt and West and especially Sayde Chowdhury again in the future. Thanks again to the whole Team.
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. Best wishes,Cubitt & West

TrustpilotC&W Fiveways - Angela and the team were always…
Angela and the team were always friendly, responsive and attentive. They kept me updated at all times and made no question feel silly. Special mention to Brandon who was always polite and easy to talk to at reception. Angela really put us at ease and excelled in communication, something vital in an estate agent! She even called us before our solicitors to let us know we had completed and was happy to attend the property as many times as we wanted before the sale!
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. Best wishes,Cubitt & West

Cubitt & West! Wow! What a service! Massive thanks to Julie Bramble, our Sales Progressor. She was very organised and pushed all parties through to an exchange which was being delayed by solicitors in the chain beneath us. Quick response to any emails or calls. Keeping me fully updated. She’s a credit to your company and has certainly helped us with a stressful move from a house to a retirement flat. Thank you so much Julie Bramble for being so personable and understanding of our situation. Keep doing what you’re doing!
Good afternoon Natasha,Thank-you for the kind words about our Senior Sales Progressor, Julie. I will be sure to pass them on.Kind regards,Neil PiperSenior Operations Director

GoogleFantastic from walking through the door to completion. Within 10 minutes of walking through the door to a warm welcome from Cailean he had found me a great property that suited my needs. Cailean has guided me through the viewing to the fair offer process, being a friendly and supportive professional. My offer was accepted less than a week from first walking into the branch to enquire about buying a property, before any other estate agent could find me a relevant property. Kudos to Cailean and the team at East Grinstead for their support through an often testing process. They made the property buying process seamless for me.
Dear Sam Thank you so much for taking the time to leave such a glowing review of Cailean and the team. Cailean takes pride in looking after people as he knows what a stressful process moving can be. He is an asset to the company and we will be sure to pass on your comments to him and wish you all the best for the future. Kind regards Becky Jennings Operations Director, Cubitt & West

GoogleWe'd almost given up finding a house in our price range and even more fed up with meeting sneering estate agents. What a difference to be greeted by Claire Mansell in Cubitt and West's East Grinstead branch. She made us very welcome and encouraged us to look at some properties that had just been listed. One of these suited us perfectly and Claire then helped us to see that it was within our reach. Her professional negotiating skills then secured our purchase at a price both we and the vendor were happy with. Thanks Claire .Nick and Marion VanePositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism
Dear Nick & Marion, I was so pleased to hear how happy you have been with the service you received from Claire at our East Grinstead office. Claire is a really asset to the company; she is incredibly hardworking and reading your review has made her day. Best regards, Becky Jennings Operations Director, Cubitt & West

GoogleAll the staff here are wonderful. Dan originally helped us by giving us lots of information and setting us up appointments with their mortgage people and finding properties to view. Claire then took over and has looked after us amazingly. She has been so patient and genuine with giving us all the information and time we needed to get everything sorted. Cailean is always smiling and you can even hear his smile on the phone. Everyone here is so friendly :)
Dear Amy Many thanks for taking the time to leave such a positive review about the East Grinstead office. We will be sure to pass your comments onto them all and wish you all the best for the future. Kind regards Becky Jennings Operations Director, Cubitt & West

TrustpilotExcellent experience with Maddison at Cubitt &…
My experience with Maddison at Cubitt & West has been exceptional! Maddison was so helpful from the very first phonecall I made. Maddison is such a lovely person and excellent at her job - she not only listened carefully to our needs and gave us some brilliant advice, but she also embraced our home life wonderfully when she visited us; she was so very lovely to our very chatty and confident little boy, and was so attentive to him whilst juggling her professional role whilst with us and we are so grateful. Although we haven’t gone ahead to sell & buy right now, if the time does come I will be making Maddison my first port of call. The team have all been very good at keeping in touch with us in a supportive way without there being any pressure whatsoever. This really is a great branch and I would urge anyone to reach out to the team and particularly Maddison if you have any queries, or are looking to buy/ sell.
Good afternoon Emma,Thank-you for the kind words about the Waterlooville office of Cubitt & West and in particular Maddison. TrustpilotGreat experience!
My partner and I had our first ever viewing and was shown around by Aden. Aden was fantastic and was full of knowledge and could answer almost all of our questions (all the important ones). Once our viewing was done, Aden had told us that hadn’t been in the job very long but after spending 10 - 15 mins with him I would have thought he’d been in the job for years!
Hi Khalid,Thank you for leaving a review! It's great to hear how positive your experience with Aden has been and how knowledgeable he was during your viewing. We'll pass your kind words along.Best wishes,Cubitt & West.

This is the second time we have used cubitt and west to sell a property. Julie, Andy and the team at Cubitt&West Southsea did a fantastic job right the way though the sales process. Julie kept us and all parties up to date with any developments, and we always felt reassured that things were moving as quickly as they could have. I would always recommend these to any friend selling a house in the area.

TrustpilotSamara at Southsea Branch
Really impressed with Cubitt and West! Samara has been personable, professional, transparent and timely throughout the whole process and has made our goal happen in just a week. In a week we have been able to put our flat on the market, offer on our forever home and sell our flat. We have been really impressed with the attention to detail and service we have received from Cubitt and West but Samara has definitely made our experience.

TrustpilotDeep cleaning and painting of the communal area of our flat,…
My husband contacted James Gibb's office in Glasgow as we had missed the cut off for voting for options on deep cleaning and painting of the communal area of our flat at 6 James Watt Way in Greenock, He spoke to Rachel Henry who took our feed back over the phone . She was also very helpful in answering some queries we had.

TrustpilotBecky at the Northend branch, bloomin' terrific!
The landlord of my current home put me in a precarious situation and I needed to find somewhere new to live, along came Becky and the Cubitt & West team to help with viewing and ultimately securing a property in close proximity to my current home.Becky's personable and amenable nature has been incredibly helpful during a rather busy and stressful time. I've been kept informed of progress and any key decisions. In addition to the obvious stuff, it felt like Becky was keen to help me, rather than just the landlords. Quite refreshing! An easy recommendation from me!

We recently sold our house with Cubbitt and West.Although they are a bit more expensive than other estate agents we felt we made the right choice as we couldn't fault the service provided. We told them from the beginning we will need time to find a house to buy and they totally understood and we haven't felt any pressure from them. This although our house sold in one day.Especially Julie Bramble the sales progressor was very helpful providing us with regular updates and checking in with solicitors. She made the whole process as stress free as possible.Thank you!
