I found my new home through Cubitt & West and am very happy with my experience to date.Millie is my point of contact, having introduced me to my chosen property. And when she is not available, colleagues in the office have all been most helpful, efficient and supportive.I am more than happy to recommend.

5 Stars for Cailean

Cailean was excellent and made up for the short comings of certain other staff members within the branch. He was responsive, conscientious, helpful and also went above and beyond to try and help us escalate enquiries that weren't his direct responsibility. To Cailean alone I give 5 stars for taking responsibility of our purchase. I hope other staff members learn to embody his traits and the respect he shows to his clients.

My husband and I have been absolutely delighted with the fantastic service we have received from Matt at Cubitt & West, East Grinstead. What a lovely lovely guy! Nothing was too much bother for him, he wasn’t pushy or rushing us through properties trying to get a sale. He took his time with us, listened to our needs and opinions (sorry - we probably bored the poor guy to tears) He even came in on his day off to show us around a property for a second viewing! Matt is an absolute credit to the East Grinstead branch and the company as a whole. Friendly, caring and attentive-thank you Matt for making buying our first property such a great experience! First Class Service

The ladies did a great job from start to finish with selling my house in the Ashington Branch of Cubitt and West. Everything was done to a high standard during such a difficult time. I felt they had my best interest at heart and always seemed more than happy to help in any way they could. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the Ashington Branch, they made it a lot easier than it could've been. Thanks so much ladies.

Amazing experenice start to finish

Amazing experenice start to finish, we left our contract early, they timed us leaving with the new teants almost semesley and throughout our contract were extremely helpful and quick to get back to us. Which we feel puts them above previous estate agents we've had. We wanted to say a huge thank you to Marcus in particular ! Will defenitly be using you guys when its time to buy our first home.

Sophie Charman has been amazing from start to finish. When we called up with a particular issue she helped us through it and managed to suggest a property which we have now ultimately moved in to. The care and attention to detail has been second to none. Hugely recommend.

A big thank you!

Just wanted to give Julie Bramble a big thank you for all her hard work during the course of our house purchase which took 2 years. She was highly responsive, very professional and ensured we were kept up to date with how things were progressing. It was a long haul but finally got there, so many thanks Julie!

Exceptional Service.........

My experience with Cubitt and West, specifically Katie Sheridan and Abbie Tallack was exceptional taking a significant amount of stress moving to a new area! I thought selling was stressful and didn't expect the rental market to be such a challenge.

Cubitt & West were great, especially Julie Bramble!

Cubitt & West did a great job on selling our house. The staff are all super friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Once we had our buyer, the exchange and completion process was handed to their Senior Sales Progressor Julie Bramble. Now this woman is absolutely amazing and works tirelessly to keep a chain together and make sure everyone has a good outcome. Our sale and purchase was particularly complicated, but Julie was with us every step of the way and went beyond the call of duty to make things happen. She’s amazing and deserves a big bonus! Thank you.

We cannot praise cubitt & west enough…

We cannot praise cubitt & west enough for all their support in finding our house. Claire has been absolutely fantastic in keeping in touch with us over a number of weeks of us looking for properties. She is friendly, communicative, professional and knowledgeable. Both Claire and Maddison have made us feel comfortable and valued, supporting us to now have an offer accepted on a house we loved but previously lost out on! Thank you so much.

Buying made easy

From first viewing the property with Lorraine, to the many conversations with Julie, dealing with Cubitt & West as a buyer was as smooth as it could have possibly been. Buying a house is always super stressful, but Julie was always ahppy to take my calls and answer my questions, keeping me updated along the way.

I can not fault the Cubitt and West team throughout the purchase of my new dream home. The whole team have been very helpful and friendly throughout especially Julie Bramble who always kept in touch with me and replied super efficiently to any emails or calls I made to her. You, the team and also the team at Jeffries all helped to make the sale and purchase journey less stressful than it could have been. Thank you.

Long Process.

This was a long process Karen and the team helped to coordinate the solicitors and push information through. The solicitors were very poor on both sides not responding to emails or phone calls not asking the correct questions and were poor at understanding the issues with the sell. Karen helped to keep the pressure on and escalating when needed and finally helping to get this sell to completion. Karen was very helpful and polite.

Highly recommend!

I have recently exchanged on a property I'm buying through Cubitt and West Southsea. Right from the start the team were extremely helpful without being overly pushy about added extras like a lot of other companies I viewed properties with. Ed, Andy and Julie Bramble all helped me at different stages, even helping me find another suitable property when the first seller pulled out of the sale. There was clear, prompt communication throughout and they were realistic about managing expectations. If I ever need to sell (or buy another property.. Hopefully not too soon!) then I would look to do this through C&W.

We all need a Julie

I cannot fault the service from Cubitt and West at all. I was unhappy with my previous estate agent and Cubitt and West were able to help with more viewings and generally making my home as attractive as possible. The conveyancing wasn't always straight forward but Julie Bramble was amazing chasing agents and conveyancers and keeping in regular contact. The whole company were amazing but Julie went even more above and beyond. I'm so happy with my service

Professional and Friendly

I am a first time buyer and found C&W very professional throughout the whole process. Clarisse at the Southsea branch in particular was responsive to my emails and remembered my name when i phoned into the branch to ask questions (it's the little things!). From putting the offer in, Julie was great at keeping me informed and trying to keep the process moving along despite the challenges of Covid19. Would highly recommend C&W when purchasing a home.

Very impressed!

We’ve just had a great experience selling a house in East Grinstead with Cubbitt & West. Very professional service overall and an excellent result in achieving the asking price. We felt confident in the way they provided advice and enabled a very smooth sale. No hesitation in recommending them. Thank you Claire and Brendan.

I simply could not ask for better service

I cannot speak highly enough about the team at Cubitt and West. Marcus was professional and delivered on his promise of getting the property rented quickly and efficiency. As for Abbie; I am not quite sure what I would have done without her the last couple of weeks! She has been absolutely fantastic, going above and beyond to help us out. We cannot thank you enough and certainly wont even consider another agent next time.
